time and patience my friend. if you have a fan on or near ur plants thats on 24/7 that should speed things up. id also wait till the top like 4 or 5 inches are dry with a biggger pot like that. try also to wait about 7 maybe even 10 days before ur next watering IMO. good luck and happy growing mate.

I really think its light problem. yesh you may have 200w of CFLs but then i notice 1 thing. the position of which ur CFLs are and the tin foil.... get rid of your tin foil!! it will cut ur light by 75% or more!!! tin foil is hard, no IMPOSSIBLE to use because it is never flat it wrinkles and causes hot spots and spreds light unevenly sometimes reflecting ur light into a complete oppisite direction and which as wrinkled as the pic looked your light is fucked.

I put my money on the light problem and reflection

Also what are your temps?

ill have to respectfully disagree with you mygirls. you are far less likely to get mold and mildew if you leave your fans running 24/7. the reason air circulation plays such a vital roll in growing is because mold and mildew love stagnant non-moving air. Not only will you reduce your chances of mold but your stems will get much stronger. so unless your trying to save the little electricity that fans use, i say run the fans all the time.
