1st time DIY Mother/veg+SOG connected cab

Hey everyone! One of my first threads here! I've been doing a lot of reading and even more learning thanks to everyone here. Let's make this another thread everyone can benefit from!

So my ideas for a cab have to meet my needs and even wants of being able to pull enough to sustain myself 4oz's a month once I've dialed in my cab and have began a perpetual clone/grow/harvest cycle.

I will being MDF board 1/2" thick
Dimensions of mother cab: 1.5"x2'x4' (I will also use this cab for my first grow of two plants using scrog and LST. The best will be chosen as mother.)
Dimensions of Clone Cab: 1.5'x2'x4' (I figure I can squeeze 12-16 clones in 1 gallon fabric smart pots. I hope to average a minimum of 1/2oz off each clone if I veg until the clones reach 8"-12")

For lights I plan to use flouro T5s in a full spectrum array for both the mother and clone cab. This will cut back on heat costs and is efficient for my low and restricted height.
I will use a Panasonic whisper fan rated at 150 CFM with a DIY carbon tray to scrub grow odor. The cabs will be connected together with a small pc fan to help with airflow from one cab to another. There will be passive intake in the mother cab which will then connect and exhaust through the clone cab.

As you can probably realize this is a stealth grow so that is a factor as well as money. I plan to use a variant of Cinderella 99 due to its low growth as a sativa ( I'm aiming for a low odor sativa, any other suggestions would be great!)

What I'd appreciate is any input as to this is a realistic goal or not. Thanks everyone!

So these are 18"l X 24"w X 4' tall? 4 oz a Month out of that canopy area/space might be tough. Not impossible. But if you could get your dimensions to like a 2x2x4 it would make a huge difference. Its essentially an extra square foot which makes up about 2oz in my space, but my system is way dialed and I don't think that's a reasonable expectation.

Yeah the doorway to the closet is about 20" and I think an object deeper than the doors width might appear suspicious.
If needed the full two feet would be possible outside in a larger room. In your experience do you believe a grow box to be noisy or would a close by humidifier mask any noise made?
Would fluorescent t5s be my best bet?
Any low profile sativa strains you might mention?
