2 plants from 1 seed

i planted 5 feminized greenhouse seeds big bang all sprouted i planted them in fibre cups and in 1 of them there is 2 sprouts from it. am i lucky or will this be deformed?

Wow thats cool. Idk about the separation though. It might get real stressed if you do so. Do you have a journal of this grow?

not yet but will do but i do allready have a journal if u look at the bottom of my comments and after that is finished they will go into my tent with my other plants but i will be taking pictures all the way. check out my journal at bottom of my post

i just dug down gently with my finger and they were not joined but just next to each other. how did 2 come from 1 seed? i have seperated them into different pots now

I did some websearching and this seems to happen now and then. I am not enough of a botanist to explain it. Some people say it's from simultaneous double-pollination of the seed, some say it's a genetic trait.

Some people report both plants the same sex, some report different sex. Everyone agrees it is best to separate them early, as you have done - otherwise they fight over the soil and one becomes a runt.
