2012 - Is there really going to be a life changing event? Or is this just all talk??

I could understand the god / alien thing if the pyramids were made out of some metal alloy that we cant make, or out of rocks that are not "natural" or indigenous to the earth. But come on - some aliens / god come down to earth and mine "soft" easily cut rocks out of a nearby quarry to build imperfect structures? It's ridiculous.
 
thought about this right after a worlds perspective class...a documentary came on tv and i sat there watching it for a while. made me think and came to the conclusion that we're gonna be nuked. the world wont end but itll be drastically different. 2 more years and we'll find out for sure. personally im going to learn to turn into a roach

That's how it went down they never said we're done in 2012 they didn't leave a little note like "Ur fucked" on 2012 as far as I know...
 
2012 is the dawn of a new age. this is like redic. do you guys just realize we lived through some really awesome events. comets that only come around ever couple hundred years. the dawn of a new millenium(only every 1000 years). and now the dawn of a new age(every 6500ish years). pretty cool methinks..

Here is another tender topic. time travel. If you watch all 5 parts, you will see that this video by morgan freeman states that as you rise in the air the clock ticks faster(or slower I cant recall) thus making time travel possible.. A guy taking a certain orbit around the world can age somewhere around 10 months as the earth ages years.. If we could ever build a spacecraft traveling somewhat close to the speed of light we could take a mission to a star. But when they got back from their 10 year mission, civilization has aged somewhere around 100 years or alot more. I do think that would happen because your going so damn fast who know what the hell your rippling through. And like Morgan Freeman said himself, "time is not universal".

I am obsessed with aliens and the pyramids.
I have not doubt that aliens have been involved in our history. It is probably about time that they make their presence known to us again so that we don't keep on thinking we are King Shit!

The Pyramids, I believe were built by man. I think they used giant ramps that stretched for miles that made the angle easy enough to move the stones. Very complex engineering went into the design, with the tunnels and rooms. After the top of the pyramid was complete they disassembled the ramp leaving us with a mystery. I have heard that the pyramids are in pattern with different constellations, but are now a few degrees off, indicating a shift in our axis at some point between when they were completed.

I love this 2012 stuff. I know that I have a lot of Apocalypse dreams. I am doing all I can to learn about agriculture and be in excellent physical condition.
 
On 2012 the sun will be aligning with the center of our galaxy I'm sure it's been scientifically proven. it has a certain name and I do believe it happens every 600 years or so. Alot of people think that is how the mayans vanished

Im not sure, but I do think there will be alot of historic space alignments, not sure what it could cause. As a guy stated before, every year there is a big flood in brazil when the sun and moon allign. But then again no one knows for sure what will happen on that day

I'm much more likely to believe a nasa scientist saying nothing bad will happen on that day than anyone else. in his statement he included pretty much everything, including the planets aligning, solar flares, etc.

But it is crazy that the world is littered with ancient pyramids. From Japan to South America. So many ancient people built pyramids. And so many cultures talk about 2012. So if all these people had
(supposedly) no contact with each other how did they all come up with the same ideas. Also every culture talks about aliens. Almost every religion I know of is based of beings coming from the sky. From the first things cavemen drew on cave walls to modern days, aliens are everywhere. Its not like aliens were just invented in 1947 with Roswell.

So either there was an ancient civilization that spread there ideas across the globe (Atlantis) or aliens really do exist and have visited earth in the past. I think there is alot in our past that we have just forgotten.
 
We havent forgotten because we weren't there :) haha. But people are just now starting to study the past and asking themselves questions on how they did it. How did such an ancient civilization know so much about astronomy and building magnificent structures, without modern machine. They were really breaking their backs to leave us a message IMO

And personally I don't care if that happens every year. That fact alone that they knew that was incredible, and that leads me to believe this certain alignment is a special one. Doesn't that make more sense?

Because there is no way, that without technology or something that they could see and visually determine and identify everysingle planet alligns on a specific day, it's just not possible to see that far with the naked eye. is it? I'll be happilly corected if I'm wrong.
