SO, woke up this morning to find it 34F and what we like to call, 'a little frost on the punkin' Car had a sheet of ice that needed to be scraped off.
Thinking I am just gonna keep cutting, between the storms, the rot, the frost and cold weather, its just too friggin stressful. Better I take it all down, at least except for one or two that still nee some time , thing about staggered harvest is its a double edged sword. Yea, you stretch it out, but then you get to a point you are forced to be doing several things every day. But, thats what we do. House already has that strong brewed coffee smell when you walk in the door... :hump: always love that

I’m getting close too. I chopped one plant yesterday, I’ll do another early next week and my big plant on about 10 days.

Results are back, my early bird that didn’t have any bulk made 1oz of supposedly very nice hash. Grabbing it from the man with the machines later this weekend.
For that plant I am happy with the result. There were only a couple decent buds the rest was larf city. Guy didn’t even want to do it at first supposedly lol. Thankfully my buddy pushed him to try. I’ll throw him a few grams for his trouble and connection.

Im not that into hash making compared to some people I know but I've always heard the larfy stuff is hash makers favorite material to work with, Does that depends more on the technique used? Or just myth? Curious why Ive always heard that, I've sold trim and larf to people for hash in the past too, not sure if it was a cheaper option or because they preferred that over full flowers.

No you are spot on, my buddy said the guy actually likes the larf. And I think most of them will gladly take trim.

Ive never made it and would have just had a few ounces of meh probably so now I’ll have enough hash for the year and pass a few grams to friends and family. I don’t smoke it much really cause makes my tolerance too high. But at the end of the night... sure does make a nice topper to the bowl.

Here's the bubble machine.
Trim goes in the bag.
Fill with ice and water,
Run the bubble machine for 20 minutes.
Drain the machine into the bucket with sequenced bubble bags.
Scrape the different grades of bubble hash out of the bags and let dry on a fine silk cloth.
I usually run the same water from the bucket. back in the bubble machine and have a second go at it.

Too bad I can't put video up here so you could see it in action.

2.5/12 plants down. Temps between 62-68 and RH 50-60. Fluctuation between those numbers that I wish I could get steady but it seems thats the best I can do. First plant was pulled 1 week tomorrow, the smaller stuff gonna be trimmed for curing in an hour or two after I cut out the rot in the garden. Saved like 1/3rd of the first plant for fresh frozen which im excited for. We're at the finish line, cheers guys!
