Mine arent flowering yet either. This new england weather has been perfect this year so far though.

I’m on board with the health, but not the growth… I’m definitely not seeing my typical vertical growth at this point that I normally expect a sunshine assist to deliver but ok, they’re definitely green and healthy, but still noticeably shorter than what I would expect usually, but I admit they’re pretty much in a healthy state too. With that said, I’d rather see
semi-drought and sunshine that dictates a manual water/feed at my leisure than the otherwise wet season I’m being forced to live with… noted as a very very wet Mother Natures July cycle. Just an opinion Wet July meant Angry Afghans but Happy Himalayas for me. After fighting off the earwig infestation the Panjshir Valley Afghans were then beset with Septoria, probably made possible by the heavy rains. This is why they are plucked, I should have hit them earlier with copper spray. First one is male, second female and the other two don’t say yet -

The Mazar-I-Sharif Afghans are facing fewer challenges. Three females and the second pic is the only male. Not sure what the yellow one’s problem is, it looks like Magnesium deficiency but I’ve been supplementing all watering with CalMag and the other plants aren’t doing this. Someone on IG suggested lockout so I’ll just give water only for a couple of weeks and see where that gets it. Plant is healthy and robust enough otherwise. Stem rubs have smells ranging from something like Juicy Fruit on the male to a dark not quite grape sour smell on the squat female -
The Himalayas OTOH loved the rainy July and a few are even ahead of the pace the huge 15’ Tirah set in 2021 although they aren’t as beefy as those things were. All 7 plants are healthy as hell. Both areas are in the monsoon belt so I’m guessing they are conditioned to handle lots of rain better than Northern Afghan plants from a much drier summer climate. Hoping that like the Tirah they can handle the wet fall we seem to be forever cursed with minimal damage. Stem rubbing the Dakshinkali from Nepal gives a really nice minty pine smell, while the Rasoli from India has a fruity floral scent. Here are the Dakshinkali, first one is female and I think the others are too but not certain enough to make the call -
All four Rasoli are female, the two in the second pic that were affected by the weird albinism phase in their first month were slightly slowed but both are well over 10 feet now. The other two are 156” and 149” (as of Friday which means they are already 5” taller lol). Stem rubs are fruity and floral and they are the most advanced into flowering -

Heavy rain on South Coast too.
2021 Tirah second sift, aged 18 months in the freezer then pressed into heel hash. Microscope shows decent amount of amber and little green vegetative matter, so I guess I didn’t overwork it. A little surprised that the effects are pretty close to the first sift hash.
