Kirk, I've had a look through on your request. Looks generally OK, but you have some things to address.
You have no ventilation system at all that I can see. Opening a closet door for a while simply won't do. Closets are usually difficult grow spaces because it's hard to ventilate them. Proper ventilation at MOST basic is an exhaust blower that can shift the volume of the room's airmass in about 3 mins and is controlled by a thermostat. You also need an oscillating circ fan going in the closet with the plant.
You also say you don't have a thermometer! You need a peak-memory thermometer/hygrometer. This is basic basic basic stuff.
What sort of lighting are you using?
What kind of a watering system are you using? The brand name doesn't help me much. I need to know if it is aero, DWC, flood, etc.
What are you using for pathogen control? You should be using H2O2 50% grade @ 1ml/L of res volume every 3-4 days.
Don't mix up nutrients until immediately before they are going to be used.
Don't top up your res with mixed nutes, use plain water only, then ck & correct pH. Never add nutrient concentrate to an existing mixed tank of nutes.
Dump the res every 2 wks, clean the res out at that time, then mix a new tank of sauce.
