edit: nevermind.:

And another thing. Ever seen a 2ft plant with almost no node spacing? I have, so that's why I believe anything is possible (but to a certain degree). Also ever seen a plant with virtually no popcorn?

Yes and yes. "Popcorn" is pretty rare in my garden. I'll get tiny stems that pop out of the dirt that develop a dense frosty golfball on the end. That isn't the point, no one is growing a 2 foot plant that yields 5lbs.

I am skeptical on his veg too until i see it.

But after seeing a krusty buckets photo years ago (google him). There are some pretty crazy yields out there.

Maybe my sig should be " I WANT TO BELIEVE! "
:)

9 day flush lol......4 plants at about 4ft tall = 22+ lbs dried and cured is flat out horse shit!
Dude, you talk a lot of shit for not knowing much of anything at all from the posts I've read of yours. This is old news. I run a rdwc system I designed and built from scratch for Canadian med patients. I go from a 12" tall cutting to a 3.5 foot tall x 4 ft wide plant in 3 weeks. Lighting is 4 x 1000 watt super Hortilux per plant. Every square mm of the plant is covered in 1000 watt light! This system was designed for absolute minimal veg time. 2 weeks total of flood and drain on an ebb n flow. I put these in hydroton and into my system and wait until I see 2 roots in the nute solution then trigger to 12/12. This way I can get 5 harvests per year. End of week 4 of flower in the flowering room, I take cuts. By end of week 6 of flower I have rooted cuts and they transplant to 6 x 6 inch cubes and are placed on a 4 x 4 table with a 1000 watt overhead! It takes a week before the cuts do much of anything so that takes us to week 7 end. Two weeks of veg gives us end of week 9 and harvest time. Pull all the roots out of the system (300 gallons) and fill with straight water and 10 litres of ultra strength bleach. 72 hour run then drain, wet vac all the water out. Flush and drain twice and plant again. Within 72 hours we are planted again and waiting to see two roots to flower again. Each plant sits in a 4ft x 4ft resevoir (100 gallon).

This system I've been running for 22 years straight, we manufacture 3 plant stainless steel 316 systems and we have sold over 5000 units. I've taught people for 15 years how to grow with this system. I stopped posting on forums because of people like dr who who call bullshit even though they havnt got a clue themselves. If u understood anything about deep water culture, root growth or high performance growing u would understand this is really really easy to do.

Do people really believe that this guy got 22 lb from that amount of plants with 3 week veg, bring forth that big red book this guys a record breaker

THINK ABOUT IT DUDE 352 OZ,FROM PLANTS VEGGED FOR 3 WEEK,Sorry i forgot about the .6 ffs
This goes for you to homie, your fucking guessing! LOOK AT THE PLANTS! EACH BRANCH IS SOMBODYS ONE PLANT! THOSE SIDE BRANCHES ARE 4 litre coke bottles ! I prove what I say with pictures. Just because u can't do it doesn't mean it isn't true. Grow the fuck up, I've been growing for 35 years straight! Are u even that old.

Everybody seems to be hung up on veg times so let's straighten that shit out now! The picture attached shows a wifi at the end of 3 weeks of flower. When this plant was triggered to 12/12 it was a 12" stick without even one branch protruding. This is why I don't need a long veg time. Notice how each branch is growing towards a light.

This is the exact system, exact room as the start of this thread. We did overhead lighting to show all the USA growers in Cali and all the other legal medicinal states that u don't have to put 32 cuttings on a 4 x 8 table with 2 lights to get 2.5 per light on shitty og yielders.

Why do u use such big resevoirs for each plant dds?

When this plant was triggered 9 weeks ago there was 3 tiny little white roots in the water . As u can see this 4ft square resevoir is completely full of white, healthy feeder roots. Not one cord root to be seen anywhere. The system is designed to not grow cord roots, I want my ladies putting 100% of there time into flowering.

This harvest avg 2.8 per plant from 1 Gavita hortistar de reflector, Phillips green power de bulb and a power box ballast.

I can take a facility that needs 20 workers to

1) tripleing the harvest yield
2) cutting nute cost by 80%
3) cutting the staff needed by 75%

Most facilities need huge veg rooms. For 100 plants my style I only need enough room for 3 - 4 x 8 tables. All the rest of the room is flowering so

4) almost double your available flower area

Dds

Hey doubled! That reservoir is massive.
Got 2 questions if you don't mind.
How often do you change that res?
And do you use PGR's or does it prevent them getting that big 2 weeks after flip?

We are way past the yielding part, lots of farmers are running my system now, it's all over ig.

The part I got called out on ig last year, by my friends also, ograskal and jungleboyz and they all realize the yielding is for real but they called me out on quality. I simply uploaded some pictures and havnt heard anybody talk shit again.

Are you saying that you get 22lbs indoors on 4 plants that are no taller then 4 foot? IN SOIL?

As for the object of THIS thread. The original claimer is in SOIL.
Did I EVER say "impossible".
Did I not make the SOG point?

I NEVER brought up hydro! YOU HAVE!

I don't understand your trying to piss on me then!

I've gone back to organic water only. I love that, maybe I like playing with dirt. I don't know...
Hydro never was "fun" to me. So I never took the time to build or run anything like the lovely system you run. I don't know if that would have made a difference. I grew up on a farm. I was in FFA. I ran a greenhouse, and left to grow yew bush's for a major drug company. I left and went back to the farm.....

I have always said that while you can get close to hydro yields, you'll NEVER beat it for speed vs. soil....

This brings us back to. Why the "hate"? Why not just come out and state your point ON hydro?

As for your system - NICE - VERY NICE!

Do you control root temps and if so to what?
How many GPM are you turning that nutrient solution over with?
Fine looking sativa structure with those first 2 pics. What strain?

Later pics show some of the best looking root structure I've seen in hydro in a while - pretty.

Do you find that having that panda style film on the "floor" as helping much?
I'm actually interested....

Isn't it easier playing nice?

VERY, very impressive! Quality pics! THIS, I believe!

I like the way you've removed the cord root from the equation. That always made me kinda frustrated with the pail method I did (when running DWC). I spent some time refining my soils to do the same. If you balance the nutrient well through out the soil, the plant will do the same. "layering" and such, simply make the plant "reach" by "cord root" to find the nutrition. Waste of time and plant growth. Cut up plenty of root balls to work that out. Part of the way to yield better in soils, I feel.

Don't think I do near as good a job for that as you do with that system of yours.
I would imagine your faster to finish with that then bucket DWC or ebb, no matter the container size. A root zone like that must pull some heavy weight - FAST.....

As for the 80% reduction in nutrient costs on scale. Due to the less needed by a Rdwc (not to mention the massive root system you run). I guess I'm saying, about what kind of cost reduction do you see simply from the RWDC. The only recirculating system I ever played with was a 4 pot Current Culture that was a loaner. I only got to try 2 runs before the owner returned. I found that I needed to run at significantly lower then my "normal" feed concentrations for hydro. It had problems with roots clogging the flow also.

In reality who cares?? Many of us! Why?

Because it's a good indicator to gauge our own performance. Performance of new methods and technology we use. A way w e can compare our performance top someone with a similar setup. Although in practical reality, gram per kw hours used is the right way but who's going to bother?.

Electric energy converted to photon energy converted to plant energy. It's the ultimate way to measure efficiency. So no, I don't understand your point. Especially if I'm paying a few $$$$ for it.

Now, not everyone has the opportunity to do sog(root count here) so they won't know about your magical 3gpw micro plant grows.
Since you talk about your 3gpw, why not post some pics to help fellow members? We are all interested in different techniques that's why we are here on this forum.

At the end of the day, if i only grew for personal use I wouldn't give a shit about gpw either.

But for now, for me, GPW is here to stay especially as Im transitioning to LEDs.
Understood for your point.

Not with that amount of time veg wise no fuking way
Dude he lied a little on the veg time, but not by much. We are going to have to get over this know one can do it better then me type thinking. Its all doable. I cant do it with that many plants but i can do it with 4 per light with 24 days of veg time. On a small yielding strain as well. Look we all know dude lied on veg time, most of us have been growing long enough to know what a plant does and how long when one trains it. Can figure that out just on looks alone.

Well it seems everyone is doing it better than me lol.
