420 power center PLC powered grow room!

Building a plc automated grow room heres some specs ill get more pics up asap.

Lighting controls
Fan controls
Temp Controls
Humidity Controls
Automatic delay on HPS
Water pumps controls
CO2 sensing controls
Web server (for real time remote monitoring and controlling environment along with cam feeds)

heres some picture of the panelview and plc unit it has 220v in both sides and 110v under it everything is in one box! sorry for taking awhile to update waiting on a few more parts to finish it! programming is all done

I just nostalgia'd so hard. That pic reminds me so much of playing Doom when I got my first PC for my 7th birthday. Fucking DOS. Shit was awesome back in the day.

which part the box itself i got a few of them free all the components i had to buy with plc when you think your done spending money open your wallet again LOL

Yikes! I'm curious why you went with a PLC and not some sort of Arduinio based microcontroller? Unless you have existing experience with PLC's and one fell off the back of a truck perhaps. Excited to see your grow man...

I like not having limitiations & i've never seen one before also its what my old man does for a living so all the programming for it is something cool for him to do

heres a shot of the unit complete its going to be installed today and fully operational all the software is finally debugged!! im gonna make a video of it running and to show all the screens that is has configurable!!! :D

Ah, I see. You've got a hardware source and expert help so you made a good choice. If you're interested, plenty of info on the arduino here... http://www.arduino.cc/
Industrial PLC's are out of the reach cost-wise for most amateurs but the arduino's can be bought for $30-50 for the basic unit and breakout board.

PLCs rule. I've built dozens of single and three-phase loadcenters with integrated PLC to control the ballasts, lights, and other devices. Is it easy to post pics here.
