the races are every night but sunday at 7:30 and theres 15 races a night, on sat and weds, they have matinee's at 12:30. the dogs are on a rotation and run about every 3 or 4 days. you put the dogs in that you want to run and the race and starting spot is done in a random draw. we have about 60 dogs in our kennel right now.

good one taf, LMAO. thanks man.

LoL. well i was laid up for 10 months with the hip/knee deal so i had plenty of time to figure out how to manage the grow, if i could figure out a timer for that water system, i would never even have to look in the box except to raise the lights, but what fun would that be, LoL. also, i dont always sign off. i only work from about 7 to midnight those 6 nights so i have lots of time to be on here all day, LoL. i get home at 12, spend 3 hours on here and go to bed, get up at noon and abck on here till i go to work again. the racing is over for now, we ran last weekend and thats it till feb, which is speedweeks, which is where i got hurt, but with work, i dont think i'll make it this year. well, theres my life in a nutshell, LoL.

that sounds like a sweet deal man!! I am also in the same situation with a very short work day, somedays, not at all!!! lots of time to grow!! ...... have you ever given your plants 72 hours of darkness before harvest?

yeah it is, i love it and its great, no one fucks with me and the dogs dont do anything but love ya, want their food and a cookie after they run, LoL, then they lay down and go to sleep.

no. i keep saying im gonna do it and then wack, i cut it down and say next grow, im gonna do it, LoL. ive read about doing it when you switch lights to, from 18/6 to 12/12, something like 36 hours of dark, something like its really suppose to kick them into flowering better. i'll see if i can find it tomorrow, im out now, LoL.

i usually do a 24-36hr darkness right be4 chop...there has been proff that the dark period between light schedules doesnt do anything, but to each his own...also there isnt any proof of the extended dark period doing anything to the bud be4 harvest

I have read a lot on this subject while just trying to grow my knowledge in general and that's what I've found too is that there are a lot of theories but no solid evidence that either one actually gains you anything. I've read tons of opinions but still haven't seen anyone provide real proof. With that said, I also have to admit that I put my girls down for 36 hours strait when I changed from 18/6 to 12/12. I don't know if it helped it jump into flower mode but it definately didn't hurt it. I also gave my last plant 36 hours of darkness b4 harvest. It probably doesn't do anything beneficial either, but again, ur def not hurting anything.

probably hard to prove such little growin in a night or 2 at harvest time.... But I noticed growth during my 12 hour night hours and during the day hours.. idk

they say the plant just uses the light to store energy and at night hours is when they use that energy. it makes sense logically to let the plant use up all the energy it has before you cut it down so that you can get full potential and no waste.
