50 gallon garden bed organic indoor grow

Hey, so thought I'd start up a thread on my latest grow, I set up a 80 x 80 x 30cm garden bed in my grow tent that's just over 50 gallons.

This is my 4th indoor grow, I grow fully organic and this will be the 3rd grow reusing my soil, although I usually grow in 7g fabric pots so I needed a butt ton more soil.

So the bed is made up of recycled and reamended soil from my last grow, soil I pre mixed about 3 months ago thats been 'cooking' nicely, and some compost and shit i had lying around.

Layers of the bed-
Tarp underneath for obvious reasons, I might staple it to the frame just in case there's any leaks

Logs, sticks leaves etc, kind of going for a mini Hügelkultur vibe, mostly i just wanted a big sponge layer at the bottom to help retain water

Some green material to balance out all the brown, mostly grass clippings and compost thats about halfway done, hopefully this should help keep the soil temperature up while it continues breaking down

Full of big fat wrigglers

Then just a mix of reamended soil and 'new' soil, topped with an inch and a half layer of worm castings, and planted with cover crop (mostly clover but also Fenugreek, Oats, Hairy Vetch, Millet, Buckwheat, Field mustard)

Topped with sugar cane mulch, old leaves and stems etc

I've chucked my cucamelons in there cause it's fuckin cold where I am and I planted too late.

But planning on 4-6 plants, depending on how the seedlings look.

6 seeds in jiffy pellets after 24hrs (ish) in water-

3 White Widow
3 Bubblegum

Hopefully next grow i can plant seeds directly into the soil but I kind of want to get the soil going before I do that.

I've grown both strains before, the Bubblegum is a great grower, usually leans more on the sativa side growth wise and grows the nicest looking buds of any strain I've grown. Oh, and it smells amazing, not like Bubblegum exactly but fruity and tart

The WW strain i have is short and stocky but grows really fat, tight buds.

This is a bit of a mother hunt too, so hopefully I end up with a few good specimens to clone.
