Damn...well...

i came to the conclusion that germing beans has always gone faster in a cup of water(not too much water and make DAMN SURE it FLOATS and not SINKS)but this time i put a heating mat under it and a towel wrapped around the lil glass ans that clear plastic wrap over the top to keep it very humid in there..it cracked already and is showing taproot.(very little,but showing!)
I predict by tomorrow night itll be in the cube!

But......Could be also good and bad beans??But every bean always germed quicker whether bag seed or bought seed!

Purp, we had dried big butter beans for super last night and mama soaked them a few hours first.
Made me think we are smart to soak them seeds a while too.

Hell yea man im telling ya if the bean floats itll germ faster in plain water..

i remember going on vacation last year and in the hotel(2days) i would use a lil cup with a lil water in it in the room for an ashtray(i just smoke weed) but i would put beans in there as i eas cleaning the shit and by the end of the 2 days i would have long taproots from the beans been thrown in there.!

From now on its just plain water in a cup for germing...let em fully germ in the water..

Roseman, I have been studying non stop for the past 3 days. This cracked me up and made me happy for a split second. Thanks for that haha.


Purp, I keep messing around with different germing techniques too. I have a sack full of bagseed that I keep messing around with. I've done water of different temps, paper towel, rock wool, spraying the seed, all kinds of stupid shit. I did the heater pad too under the bowl they were in and noticed a faster pop as well.
