you know why im not celebrating, becuase NJ is the opposite of Cali. There are like 4 to 6 diseases that allow you to be eligble and even then your doctor has to be registered sepratly. On top of that you will still get arrested and you can NOT grow it by any means. Its so damn strict that the compassionate marijuana act seems to just be words on paper meant to try and silence our demographic

I agree .... this law sucks. Anyone take a look at delaware's new bill?? It's probably gonna be the same government run guidlines .... allows for 6 oz. a month but no personal cultivation

i would like to see what deleware does in terms of dispenceries. Will they be as strict as NJ? and......what will be the specified conditions that qualify you. if we could be going in the direction of california i would have some type of grow coop going.
