Working perfect for my 400 watt bulb. I live where it is currently below freezing outside, so it is nice to have the lights producing heat and the inline fan circulating it into the greater room. When I put my ballast up to 110% it gets 71 degrees maximum, and I would rather it be a little warmer. So my plan is to put it on a digital timer by itself to go on every 5 minutes for a few minutes at a time. There are flanges on each side of my reflector, but the intake is just ducting that runs almost to the floor so that it sucks in cooler air that is forced into the grow room via a square fan. If I was to take in outside air even passively the whole room would be too cold.

My 6 inch duct fan is 500 cfm, a 4 inch fan is half that. The grow space I use it with is roughly a square meter.
