Yes it's way too many plants for that space. They will only be there 4 more weeks then they will be transplanted into 7 gallon cloth pots and moved outside to flower under the sun.

I moved the 4 smallest plants under a cheap led light to see how well it actually works and surprisingly it looks like the plants under it have caught up with and maybe even passed the plants under the 600w hps.

Sunday update
So I was unable to go get one of my other hps lights so I hung up the other cheap led light that I've nicknamed the sun due to the fact that at 3 feet away my lux meter reads 120,000 lux!!! No controls on it or switches just straight plug in sun. So I raised it up till the plants were getting 30 to 45000 lux which is the same as the other plants under the led and hps lights. So all the plants besides the babies are getting 30 to 45000 lux at this point except the babies, they are at 16 to 20000lux.
So I took temps at all the canopies and the ones under hps were at 73 degrees and the ones under the leds were at 71. I raised my room temp controls to 81 from 79 last night and when i checked this morning the canopies had grown a full 2 inches. The temps on the canopies was 75 under hps and 73 under leds. So I honestly believe temperatures play a hugh roll in the grow game

Yes, the first or second most important part of a grow is temps, rh ect.... Bring it up to about 78-82 and they will grow even faster. The sweet spot for hps is between 72-78.....sweet spot for led is supposedly 80-85 so keep that in mind also.
Got it up to 81 last night and got another 2 inches of growth. I don't believe it's stretching. Lots of new leaves everywhere. The ones under the leds seem to be growing just as good.

them cheap blurples do work. they are not the best for flowering and make a room look like shit but they do work good for veg. They work for flowering too , just not as good as most other options.
The drivers and diodes are all jammed into a small metal box which creates way too much heat and will cause them to fail in a short period of time but they do work.

Only using for vegative, in 3 weeks they will go outside to flower under the sun.
I bought all 3 of those led lights for 100.00 to use as a supplement to my hps lights but decide to experiment with them a little bit.

Totally agree
You think they are overwatered? I use a meter that goes to the bottom of the pots that shows how dry the soil is. I wait till its in the red dry area and then water them. Every 3 or 4 days. I divide a gallon of water between 3 pots.
I thought I had the watering down now...

Your on track now. i would also lose the meter an use weight to know for sure but they would be dead if you were overwatering.
