Destroyer is very good, I found Malawi x Panama stronger. Never tried but the growers i discuss ace with state OTH is one of the best they have had.

I have 3 Destroyer females. #1 & 2 are about identical but #3 is different. Haven't gotten to finish #3 so looking forward to comparing it with the OTH when they finish this run. I seen the MalPan at Multiverse Seedbank on sale so I bought 6 seeds off your recommendation. I've got 3 Ace strains going now (Zamaldelica in flower) might as well make it 4!

OTH # 2 at 40 days doing ok in my lil pheno hunting 1/2 gal hempy jugs lol. Next run they will get a 1.5 gal

Some Moroccan Beldia Kif. Running small for their age but they've been growing in lower than optimum temps. They got a little leggy as I was occupied with other things and didn't bother with them for awhile. But cannabis plants are extremely resilient and some added heat and closer proximity to the light has them doing just fine now. The top right one is an oddity though. Same conditions as the rest. I'm interested to see if it turns green or if the pigmentation stays the same.

How about some smoke reports on your favorite plants ?
Pics are nice but we all know pretty can also taste shitty.
I like to hear the contrast between a breeder and their loyal customers take on the plant.
Usually when there is not much contrast between the 2 , I find that customer to be nutswingingly loyal.

Sorry dude I have a full time job Seriously now,I really suck at smoke reports.I also just vape so everything tastes awesome to me,sorry When I was still smoking they all tasted great.If it tastes good it doesn't say much to me if it's weak sauce.
I care mostly about quality of high and potency.

Ace is quite honest about the aromas ,yields and flowering times.Maybe not totally honest in heritage of certain lines but plants don't lie so I just listen to the plants.

I can tell you the malawi line has great potency and breeds true in that regard ,too.Its hybrids can lack taste.Depends on the pairing plant though,I ve had some of the best and some of the dullest smelling plants from malawi hybrids.Malawi,malawi x panama,golden tiger all great.Killer A5 was my deadliest plant ever ,full incense and liver too.

Panama line is great to find lemon incense stuff ,feelgood lazy high in itself.Panama x bangi amazing lemony incense terps too.

Orient express is so unique in smell and taste too.Love its high .

He has legit dutch clones from the nevil crew too,some interesting stuff there for guys into it.

I have friends that dislike the malawi high and others that love it,while others love panama terps and others adore it.It's up to individual needs.

In 4 x 4 tent. It's cold in there.
I'd 7 Malkings seed plants in the tent, It was getting crowded in there
I switched them to 12/12 13 days ago.
2 males and 5 females. Males into compost bin.
Moved the two plants that showed female fasted into the hut.
3 females left in tent now.

They'll go into the hut in a couple of weeks.

So would you say that malawi matches the description from Ace Seeds.

Semi Ace related but I just smoked on some Killer A5 x Prayer Tower that I made and it's wonderful. Yields and power of the Killer A5 and great flavors and extra frost from the Prayer Tower I ran and worked with a few years. Have another 1 that needs another week or so that I am even more excited about.

I've 2 MalStars, - Malawi male x Sensi Star original female - ready for defoliation and chopping.
I'm a wet trimmer and I like to remove the leaves on all the plants before chopping them all in one go.
Day 71 of 12 on 12 off.
3500K lights on top, Heavy Red Spectrum on sides and 4000K light across front side.

I started this one today.
Grown in DIY compost and fed with Tomatorite.

There is plenty of buds and frost all over it.
The missus says it stinks, I'm nose blind to it lol
One defoliated and one to do this evening then take them down tomorrow.

The next batch of plants i have in early flowering are 5 x Malawi x Kingsbanner or 'Malkings' as I call them.
7 seeds 2 males 5 females.

Feminized golden tiger 2nd version F3 (Koh Chang Thai / Hmong Thai and Old Malawi Killer / New Malawi Killer) at week 11.5
I read that ace with his fem line of golden tiger uses parents that lean both New / old Malawi, and both thais.
This plant looks like a mix of all the Malawis, leaning more Koh Chang and old I believe on this one, no oil terps but green tea with some lemon and wood terps. she looks like golden tiger 3rd version F1 fems (Thai Chiang Mai x Malawi BX4) I also got going, lighter shade of green than new Malawi.

My other favourite looks more like new malawi and Hmong / aka meao thai (meao is derogatory word for the minority group in the region)
dark green leaves with permanent marker and citrus berry terps. Very frost covered, more foxtailing. Very much a mix of old with new terps wise.

I was unsure if ace was legit or not but growing the plants they seem to be as described. I’m over all very happy with ace seeds. I can’t wait to smoke some!

@syd barrett Would you please share your thoughts on the Purple OTH x A5 you ran when you get a chance as I'm sitting on a pack of the Purple Haze 23 A5 that keeps wanting to move up in line. List is a mile long and constantly changes.

I got a pack of Malawi regulars. I got them primarily for breeding.
I planted 3 seeds, one didn't show and one was male, one female.
I ended up with tropical pheno female according to Ace. Very sativa leaning.
16+ weeks to flower. I tied it in knots to keep it at a respectable height.
I ran a clone of it for 17 weeks.

Not much smell.
The high on this plant was about 80% head high, very clear, you could get things done. No trippiness.
It didn't smoke smooth for a couple months in jars.

Ummm, there description was very trippie and long lasting. So none of that for you.
