What is it you need help with exactly? They will stretch excessively looking for light among other things.

In the future start your training much earlier.

It stretched the appropriate amount

Looks good to me. You already started bending her down so you have the right idea. You can tie branches down as well.

no idea if u are going to get this with all the giltching

but u need to relax and calm down

1 increase your bloom feed
2 keep the lights on 20/4 u can go to HPS and for the love of god keep the power at 100%

now little lesson on auto flower .....they only use the feed on hand ......right now looks like your soil is strong in one of the things the only time i gotten a strech lick that was my own mixed super soil...by increase the feed i am hoping it will fill out more for u so u get a better harvest

What kind of light were you using? If CFL, how much, what color temperature? You need about 60 watts (preferably 3 bulbs from different directions, with reflectors). All cool white. Maybe 2 cool, one warm.

LED bulbs would be better than CFL if you don't need the heat of CFLs. About 45 watts would be equivalent.

(I'm really liking the GE 10w LED BrightStik right now. Remove the plastic diffusion cap and it's basically directional. A reflector would help. But, much more directional than a CFL. Removing the cap creates an electrocution hazard. Using a GFI outlet can make that safe. But, I just keep in mind that there are exposed surfaces. They're hot temperature. I wouldn't touch them anyway.).

Tyeing down is good avoid pinching the flow of xylem tho

better to use weights or even wires

not a great start but you pulled the plant round and have a good level canop with loads of top shoots, they will all turn into buds and you will pull a good yeild if you keep her heathy
get some bamboo and wire to give her extra support in flower, ( don't put your self down, you have done a great job with this plant)

I'm in 13 days flower .. from day 1 of flower I put a 600 w hps iv got just 3 plants under it
