she startin to thickin up but u gotta see the pics of my widows homie they only been in flower like 2 weeks and they are blowin up....i think its the new 600w hps....they lovin that shit....holla atcha boy b

damn man those are lookin sweet fuckin a man and i got my girls on a new schedule 9 at night to 9 in the mornin they are recovering fine i got a new ac besides my swamp cooler i think im gonna move the swamp cooledr to the pool room haha actually its the grow room to me but i got a pool table in there the new ac puts out 12000 btu's thing works im not at home now ill be there in a bit and im gonna check temps

I was looking into getting one of these systems may I ask how many lights your using so i can be exact and order everything together. Was looking about getting and hps light but looking at your grow thread it looks like cfl's can get the job done too. May I also now if you used both red and blue spec for veg and flowering? if not how many Clf bulbs did you used for veg and how many you used for flowering. Your advice will be really helpful.

i got a 400w. HID lighting setup with a 105w. cfl(400w equivalent)

Now..The HID lighting is awesom IF you dont have heat probs cause they put out alotta heat.The HID.MetalHalide for veggin(blue spec). highpressuresodium(red spec) and the 105 cfl (also blue spec) for side lighting.I use those 2 for flowering.Oh and 3 75w. cfls...I have no reflection surface so i have to add side lighting to penetrate to the lower buds.
Yes cfls will get the job done if you cant do HID you just need alooot of them

purp is right if u can handle the heat issues hps's are the shit plants just eat that shit up..i got a 600 and its like plant roids the growth is crazy but i still use cfl's for veg and clones...for your money i dont think u can beat cfl's for veg keeps plants nice and stout and when u switch to hps they dont seem to strecth as much...but your in good hands with purpdaddy dude knows his shit...saved my plants more than once..lol..i was like an uber noob grower when i got here...now i would call myself an ameture..lol

most important thing to remember is that theres ALWAYS more to learn

I think i saw a video of a 150w hps light and 2 regular high output ll bulbs, is it possible to leave a 150w hps on, while you use the cfl's lights too? sry for asking you too many nubs question but i just wanna make sure to get everything right for my grow. :weed:
