Watch at 1:48 when Chuck misses it completely as Preet was telling him Trump might be charged in March, another answer he apparently gave was around a month from now or the middle of January. Chuck is more of a problem than a help, "oh we should be so worried about what the magats might think"! Fuck them, they don't think, they just feel and believe bullshit.

166,588 views Dec 14, 2022
MAGA World bracing for the Jan. 6 committee to release its exhaustive report and make criminal referrals. It comes as new coup evidence emerges. Talking Points Memo obtaining text messages from 34 GOP lawmakers to Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows, pushing conspiracy theories and the big election lie. MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber breaks down why these texts are so damning and why they matter with a focus on the powerful committees many of these lawmakers will soon have.

Glenn the former prosecutor is taking a hard line on these assholes and if Jack is anything like him, these republican assholes are in a lot of trouble, as many as a half a dozen of them. It looks like they broke laws and Meadows has even more text messages that he never turned over to the J6 committee, but Jack will have them and more, he will also have rats who were in meetings at the WH with them and who called them in the capitol on J6. Rudy was calling them and he will be desperate for any deal he can get once Donald goes down over the docs, when the kingpin is indicted it will send shock waves through maga world, and when he is convicted and sentenced they will be scared shitless. Donald will go down over the docs long before they will go down over J6 and Jack won't need a deal for his ass since he will already have it until he dies.

I think after Jack goes through Trump's cronies and minions he will go after congress people and government employees, they will then rat out the politicians, though they did a pretty good job of ratting themselves out in texts and emails. Mark was conspiracy central and must be sweating bullets now, since with Trump gone over the docs, he will be left holding a big ole bag of shit that is about to explode. Mark could end up as King Rat and get a lot of time off for a couple dozen house members and a few senators! He is not ready for prison and will do anything to avoid it and sell anybody out he can, he will take them all down to be out in 5.

Mark Meadows texts with 34 Republican members of Congress trying to overturn election results

1,278 views Dec 14, 2022
In a preview of what we can expect from the final report of the January 6 House select committee investigating of the insurrection, Talking Points Memo published some of the text messages that Donald Trump's former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows handed over to the J6 committee before he stopped cooperating. As Talking Points Memo reported, "Mark Meadows Exchanged Texts With 34 Members of Congress About Plans to Overturn the 2020 Election." Here is a review of some of those texts and why it appears some members of Congress were all too will to assist in the insurrection.

We haven't heard a peep out of Meadows since he stopped cooperating and handing over texts to the J6 committee. If he talked to his lawyer who read those texts and the other stuff, the guy must have shit his pants! I think his advice to his client would be to call the FBI and immediately arrange to get in the door before anybody else, it would be his only hope! Mark might be King Rat, if he can give Jack a bunch of congress people and Trump's cronies, that would be worth a lot of consideration, the more heads he delivers the lighter the sentence and he will cut throats to survive!
I can see a real shit show and storm brewing in the courts over the next couple of years or more over J6.

Maybe Mark is ratting everybody out? He was conspiracy central and the logical guy to give a deal to, he can give up everybody else, they all called, met, emailed and texted him. Republican house members and senators would be worth a deal, since Donald is off the table. Jack would have all those texts and more. I think Mark will be King Rat, his lawyer must have told him it is his only hope and he has been laying low.

Mark Meadows: NC voter fraud; contempt of Congress; treasonous text messages. Is he above the law?

50,799 views Dec 15, 2022
New reporting reveals that the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation has forwarded its completed investigation into former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows North Carolina voter fraud crimes. Recall, Meadows listed as his home residence a trailer in Scaly Mountain, NC, in which he never lived.

In addition to those election crimes, Meadows was referred by Congress to the Department of Justice for committing the crime of contempt of Congress more than ONE YEAR AGO! And yet, he has never been charged for that crime. Then, in recent days, we learned that Meadows was acting as a virtual clearing house for treasonous texts from 34 Republican members of Congress who sought to overturn the lawful results of a presidential election.

We often hear DOJ and other law enforcement agencies assure the American people that "no one is above the law" and that they will "follow the facts and follow the law wherever they lead."

This video explores whether those two often heard refrains hold true when applied to Mark Meadows.

It sure looks like Jack is going after congress people and has been collecting their phones for awhile now. If Mark is cooperating with the DOJ then they have his phone and will seize theirs based on the information on Mark's phone and so the chain will continue with their phone contacts and messages including telegram messages and deleted messages too. If they deleted shit after J6 they could be indicted for destruction of evidence, a serious crime.

J Smith has a full plate as the sheer # of tentacles and complicity of Jan 6 is breathtaking and depressing not to mention the stupidity of these plotters the fact that they would communicate via text and cell is incredible, the shit these people put "out there" digitally is remarkable. What were they thinking? It's all retrievable, I'm glad they were stupid enough to do this however. But if you are going to be involved in seditious plotting it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that all electronic communication records will be looked at DUH,are these MF's brazen, stupid, naive or all or a combination of the above. Face to face meeting is the only tool w/built in deniability if your doing shady activity. I'm glad all this evidence is there because these people are vile and treasonous but it doesn't say much for the intelligence of our pols.

Their arrogance and stupidity make Jack's job easier and bigger, both are good things, this will go on for years and ruin those involved with legal bills, even it they are not indicted.

Like I said, the stupidity is off the charts, similar to today's common criminal activity. On the "First 48",90% of cases are solved via cellphone records which put murderers near the scene of the crime or Facebook where these idiots pretty much self-incriminate themselves. All modern day cops need is a laptop and a subpoena for cell records for the brunt of their investigation and it seems to me these people are so dimwitted they STILL aren't catching on.

the simple fact that cell phones exist stopped me from doing a lot of shit i would have done when i was younger...you do have to wonder at the "minds" that don't seem to grasp that simple fact.
people have cameras, dash-cams, there are traffic cams, and store security cams. many cities are installing them on public streets, at train stations, airports, anywhere people gather, they even have security cams in graveyards now, to stop fucking morons from tipping tombstones over...
you can't go anywhere, at any time, without being recorded for at least a portion of your trip.

I know man,it has that "Orwellian" feel now when we're out and about. The Chinese have taken it to a whole new level, their surveillance system "rates" their people. Cross a street on a don't walk = points off your rating.

It lives forever on the internet and the teen years will be full of regrets in later life recorded on video for their kids to watch! It has been found that the certainty of getting caught is the biggest deterrent to crime, not harsh punishments. Nobody but a moron mugs a cop! Cameras are cheap as dirt and come with motion sensors built in and record at 1080p or 4K in low light and the medium they record to is cheap now too. They can be private (you can buy them cheap online) or the government can own them. They have done as much to control the police as to control crime and especially crime by the cops! It is hard to argue with video evidence and witnesses, though video can be faked these days it can also be detected by professionals, at least so far. Video cameras like the internet are here to stay and a fact of life that will enforce some personal integrity and honesty at least and save the courts and us a lot of cash. Like all technology it can be abused, intentions are everything.

I makes sense, he was conspiracy central and has much of the evidence on his phone and computer and he clamed up half way through his documents release to the J6 committee and was not indicted for it. He can give up more than Donald, they don't need Donald, they already have him for the docs, they want others, congress people among them. His phone will lead to their phones and their phones will lead to others along with grand jury testimony, they have the receipts too.

Mark would be the guy to make a deal with, his lawyer must have told him it would be the only way to avoid dying in prison. He has the goods on fucking near everybody in all the various conspiracies, plots and schemes, he was the hub of a hub and spoke conspiracy. Mark is the key to the whole thing and all the congress people involved, as I said, they already have Donald and will get what they need for J6 anyway.

The J6 folks might not refer them for prosecution, but that doesn't mean Jack can't build a case against them with texts, emails and plenty of rats including Mark Meadows. These guy heads would be worth time off for those Trump minions facing indictment over J6 and other things. Jack doesn't need Trump's ass over J6, he already has it for the documents case and he will tell the rats looking for a deal that too. He will get Trump's ass for J6 anyway, but he might get republican congress people too, perhaps enough to upset the house majority, depending on how wide he casts his net and what turns up. This is gonna go on for a long time and could also be taken up by the senate as well as the courts.

Will J6 committee make criminal referrals of lawmakers: McCarthy, Jordan, Perry, Biggs & Brooks?

63,654 views Dec 19, 2022 #TeamJustice
We've been focused on the question of whether the January 6 House select committee investigating the insurrection will refer former President Donald Trump to the Department of Justice for prosecution. But we have focused less on another critically important question: will the committee refer for prosecution its fellow members of Congress - Kevin McCarthy, Jim Jordan, Scott Perry, Andy Biggs and Mo Brooks - for the crimes they committed when they defied congressional subpoenas. Those crimes include contempt of Congress, obstructing a congressional investigation/official proceeding, and perhaps others.

Members of the committee have ruminated about whether, instead of referring their fellow lawmakers to the DOJ for prosecution, they should simply refer them to a congressional ethics committee for investigation.

This video argues that allowing Congress to police itself - by referring the five representatives who defied subpoenas in their efforts to conceal the evidence of Trump's crimes - will undermine public confidence in any investigating. It's beyond rational dispute that organizations generally do a poor job of policing misconduct it their own ranks. Just think of how the US Supreme Court has failed to adequately address the misconduct of Justices Thomas and Alito.

Members of Congress who defy subpoenas and violate the law should be referred the DOJ and must be criminally investigated and held accountable in a court of law.
