well it's only been four days but i feel the need to update. I officially have buds now not just hair. Im really hoping they will the gaps, i know outside they would but i dunno about inside under cfl's.
I am using MG dirt ( please no negativity over my selection) So i have yet to add any fert's to them. Since it's MG dirt and not organic would molasses do them any good at all.

yeah, a teaspoon per gallon of molasses would defiently help (mainly just from the K and trace minerals.)
so, about those short riders......
are they flowering yet?
mine outdoors still arent  and their atleast 3 foot.
and if that AK dosent get its shit together, i would can it.
i mean, thats just my opinion, but i had 6 AK-48 under a 600watter, and they just DIDNT want to make BUD, they made lots of HUGE green indica leaves, but after 65 days of bloom they just didnt have shit but some leafy schwag, especially when compared to the Swiss Cheese (VERY CHUNKY) and GDP that were under a neighboring 600w.
grow looks nice tho, all very healthy.

My first batch of short rider's planted outside in may is just showing hair's and around ten feet tall, After bitching they sent me another pack started inside then put them out they are flowering and around 7-10 inches tall maybe just over 3 weeks old. The Ak became a male after week and a half, i moved it outside so i could collect pollen. These plants here are kaya gold which i had very good luck with this year i am going to breed the ak on them, for outside next year.
I hope to get another batch bred for next year I want to cross Dr. Greenthumb's Iranian on something for outside use i'm thinking guerrilla gold or maybe Columbian Gold from world of seeds. I would of liked to of bred the Kaya and the columbian this go round, but at the moment all i had was a AK in regular form.

I have been told they run cooler and the plant can touch it but dont hold me on that i dont own any T5 and if you have good air flow over the CFLs they will stay a lot cooler just throwing that out there it really works tho. If my box was big enough i would have them in mine for sure also ya simply just switch bulb from 6500K to 2700K like $8 a bulb:-) I think they are 2000 lums each so like a 30 watt cfl but you get better light coverage.

I can't wait waitt to watch this grow and see what some cfls can do..the first grow i did i used t12floros. .I got one tiny nuggets per plant but the were frosty and i was psyched. ..But those weren't the cfls the new ones work really well.im vegging with one bulb per plant and i have six sets of fans on each..soon they go into the six hundo. .Good luck bro...good vibes coming you way...

well i know it's been awhile, i been kinda busy. Good news though their still alive. I,m not sure how far along i am as i have lost track. But the cfl's seem to be doing fine.
The buds haven't grown in quite awhile it seems, i did manage to make some seeds on a few buds. They seem to be full size but still green. Will update more often now until im done.

peace guys.

they look great!!! I think i read somewhere that the bud growth will slow down just a tad to concentrate energy to growing the seeds. your buds still look great regardless!!!

Subbed. looks great, look forward to more updates. Have you seen crankers thread about MG? I here that mg is great for vegging but will hurt your yeild. Cranker mentions bud blood to help with yeild... here is a link to his thread. https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/459828-crankers-guide-using-pre-nuted.html

I'm thinking of doing an outdoor next season... :)
If you have time check out my cfl grow, let me know what you think. good job. stay high.
