Patience!

They will swell up during the last few weeks of flower, which, depending on the strain and other factors, can be 8 to 12 weeks.

Wait at least a month then get back to us with some pictures.
Ok i appreciate it, I was really confused because I've read that you want to try to get them before the trichomes turn brownish, and some of them already are, also what can I do for an iron deficiency in a seedling?

You need to look directly on the calyx for tricomes. Most newbies see amber on the sugar leaves and assume it's ready to go. Done even bother checking if they are done until most of the pistils have turned orange and receded.

Probably better off starting a new thread for this. Also maybe a sharper pic. I’d be really surprised if that was Fe deficiency at that stage. Also it look too bleached white Almost like sunburn. What strain? Last year i grew some Dinamed CBD Plus and every seed showed Fe deficiency very early on and throughout. I gave Fe chelate sprays.

Ok thanks, I'll do that, and its Triple Cheese from barneys farm, and yes its white white, that and because someone else told me it may be iron was making me think that, but I didn't know they could get a white sunburn, thanks for the help

Did you spray them with anything that would prematurely turn the hairs brown? Other than that like everybody says, wait

I would bet that the neem did that if you used it on the buds. You don't want to use anything once buds start forming. There are a few products that are considered safe but I would call them last resort like lady bug.
