I can handle the market where it's at here in Cali. I still make bank selling my high grade outdoor for $1500. It's not just legalization that controls prices location is a big factor. Sure you can grow indoor anywhere but you could keep the entire country high with the amount of outdoor that comes from cali and the West Coast. Not much outdoor going on in the rest of the country so no matter what it will always cost more on the east coast than the west.

I'd be more than happy to pay hefty taxes to be able to run my side business legally, and sell exclusively to the dispensaries. It would be so easy to double our income, and sure would be nice to be able to sleep again while doing it! Hell, I think the medical marijuana laws here make the whole thing so much more complicated and fluid that it doesn't help anyway.

my guess is you are a younger dude that hasn't tried to run a legit business yet.It's really hard to have a legit business survive nowadays.Payroll taxes,IRS,and gov't in general.The days of the small business person are over.This is even before O-care
Nowadays a company around here does about 250,000 a year to put 45/50 grand in the pocket

Too bad that here in co you have to be a MMC to sell to a MMC. Also 70/30 applies.

Nah man. I'm not talking about all Cali outdoor... It's just a local term for outdoor buds that are shaved of there trichomes, vacuum packed and come in the mail from Cali, cheap.

I know you folks in California can grow some good outdoor.

Plus matching employees wc and taxes, plus any unforeseen problems, like,,,the work truck needs new tires, you broke a light, need a light or need other materials, plus electric plus,,,,it never ends.

Actually I agree with pacificarage. I don't see it as selfish at all. I see it as a financial issue. And just to clear the air marijuana is still illegal in all 50 states in the eyes of the feds. They can walk in and shut down and arrest anyone in any state at any time for possesion and/or distribution. The state by state laws are all bullshit. Until it is legal on the federal level you run the risk of scrubbing skid marks out of bubbas underwear in the prison laundry.

also if jack didnt no, there are lot of people who fight like hell for real jobs but at the end of the day support their family due to pot being illigal, it keeps the price at a fair range and keeps business men out with their banks and their own ideas of greed. but this dude says it better.
