another cfl grow

i had over 400 watts my last indoor, and yes it was bright.

pink #2 showed, it's a boy, and a lot later then #1. i hope to get different traits from them, so i guess i give pollen to two different sites on #3. i'll post a pick of what mom looked like later, but i'll never do pink outside again, it doesn't like the rain while in flower. i had a bud rot problem with this strain, but it would knock you down. peace

Thats why ya gotta make your own greenhouse giggy. Quit fuckin around with thes cfls and use the sun one year lol no bud rot under an umbrella

this is mom pink from last summer, this is the lineage i want to keep going. i have a tall early male pink that i should get pollen from late next week. i also have a short bushy at this point pink male that is a late runner. i believe that the pink female will get some of both. i only have the one pink female and i hope she has her mom's pink trait. here's some pics of mom. in the last pic you can see she had three leaf clusters, i had forgot about that. it may be because the summer plants were started late july.

what little bit i got to enjoy was really good. when i had the mold problem it was the worst, so i only got to smoke one sun dried bud.

i transplanted 4 of them last night into two liter soda water bottles. i'm playing with the lights. i think i'm gonna have the floods come in in a angle from the corners, the 4 55 watt and the 42 watt overhead, and the 23's on the walls. i hope to have pics later today.

Did you tape or wrap your bottles to keep the light out?

yes they are taped but the very bottom, didn't need that part when they were outside setting on the ground. i'll have to bring some more tape for the rest.

pics, new light reflector. it has 4 55 watt ans one 42 watt 2700k lights mounted inside. the 42 hangs straight down, and the 4 55 watt lights hang in a angle. that is 262 watts overhead. i also have 2 23 watt 5000k and 2 26 watt 2700k on the sides, that makes 360 total with more to come. they just got transplanted last night.

i think i might crack about three sour diesels to see what i come up with. i may not get to use the leds on this grow, but i got to keep them hid cause the wife likes them. thinking about shooting them in from the side corners. peace

Your temps must be fekin with ya. Those lasses should be like three times the size giggs. I run like 750 watts in veg per 6 plants and they thrive. I think you need like two 300ish watt sources for those 4 plants.....with side lighting later

these wont get that big, the only veg they had was the first few weeks of natural veg, and i did have a low temp problem, at first that put them a little behind. they are 12/12 from seed. when i get a bigger place to grow then i'll veg for a month or two before i start flower. as you can see these are starting to flower. all in all i'm happy, as i wasn't planning on a grow till i had my new shop built. the weather changed everything cause i can't get to the stuff i need for the shop for the moment, but hoping to have my trusses in the next couple weeks. i don't know how big the room will be, but i plan on it to be big enough to grow a sativa to a tree. i do know it will atleast have a 10' ceiling. gonna be just right for a hydro system, and hid/led lights.

i think my next watering i'll give them some molasses with their food. maybe a dab of some epson salt too.

Thats a hugh Dome you have there Giggy.Looks like my buddys across the st.He has a 400w baylight in a closet.lol
You will get there it takes time to get all the stuff we need for this expensive hobby we have.

yes it is off of a 400 watt mh, and i have 4 or 5 more of them, just thought it would be too hot in a small box. but i do have them for furture grows or my shop lights.

Yea,his closet is small like 3'x5'.He cant grow during the summer as its just too hot.
Ive seen him with temps in high 90s and twigs for stems,and terrible yields!

If mine, I'd just give a single shot of some veg nutes for a little N also.
At 40 or so days, I can't see that it would hurt.
