Another Lighting Question

I've been told that while vegging you don't usually see any difference over 18/6 light, so that's the best light cycle to use, but to keep fresh seedlings under 24 hr light.

At what point is it cool to go from the 24/0 to 18/6?

Also, I've heard that when flowering, 12/12 is great but by interupting the dark cycle with an hour of light, it will increase yield or at least seem to give you more buds.

Can anyone comment on this?

I personaly think it is good to go 20/4. I reccomend turning off the lights and all the equipment... not ony to give the plants a rest but also the equipment.. this is HIGHLY contested by many... :)

NEVER EXPOSE YOUR plants to light during THE dark period of flowering... that would be a major fook up... and whoever told you that, should probably get corn-holed.. without lube.. of course.. :)

and NOW you KNOWM
