Why is that people who admit to having no knowledge of what others deal with day to day, crow the loudest. Is it because they see so much more clearly the adversity others suffer.. Reminds me of a little rooster I had, he did nothing, but he strutted so proudly and crowed so loudly.. This , to me is just your rage of the day..
What do you mean by 'crow the loudest'?

has nothing to do with immigration. People are not a bad thing, and given the same opportunity to succeed and thrive, the kids of those people coming to our country just make us that much stronger of an economy.
Honestly, I am pro immigration, anti-illegal immigration. But do you realize you are saying "people are not a bad thing - immigration helps our economy (when people come from outside the country)" and also "people are a bad thing, there's a conservative conspiracy to send people here to hurt our economy (when they come from outside the city)". This is cognitive dissonance, how you can reconcile these points in your head is beyond me.

They are only human, and mistakes happen.
Sounds like a tacit admission that people will always be killed in tragic circumstances. I think the number of people killed is *acceptable* for the number of crimes comitted, and that the cost of killing one or two more people over the course of a year might be worth solving some of the 4000 odd unsolved homicides each year and preventing some number more.

I guess we can agree to disagree on what the bigger issue is. Remember that a majority of people and a majority of black people want more police, not less (I posted the vox article before but there is a recnt gallup poll you can google if interested.

am not necessarily saying that the stats you are posting are the really racist stats, maybe 'the I am not racist but' level, but not full on skull composition racist stuff
I posted before about lung composition.. Do you really believe all those west affricans are dominating the running sports (and many other athletic sports) because they're opressing the white man and chinese somehow, or maybe they are... Wait for it... **On average** genetically "superior" in a specific way.

We should stop thinking people need to suffer unnecessarily
People are already suffering under the defund the cops narrative - see the baltimore effect and all the black owned businesses closed by rioting. Was responding to a 911 call made by two minorities requesting help with a erratic person on drugs (as in floyds case) not not necessary?

I want you to think long and hard about how many accidents (as posted above by you) are acceptable for the number of crimes prevented and solved and try to get past your vision zero unatainable utopia.

I think it is because you are not trying to understand.

People who lose everything and are living on the streets in a American community being told by the local government that they can't stay there and shipping them off to a city is not the same as people coming here to try to make a better life than the nation that they were born into.

There is similarities, sure. Like we as a nation can do much better for both groups, but the right wing trolls that try to act like homelessness is a 'blue' city/state issue is bullshit. Another similarity is that these people are easy to not defend and my guess is why they are used by the right to sell their cult lies.

Sounds like a tacit admission that people will always be killed in tragic circumstances.
Ok captain obvious? But that doesn't mean we should continue to stick guns in peoples faces and kill them when they freak out, because cops are scared.

I think the number of people killed is *acceptable* for the number of crimes comitted, and that the cost of killing one or two more people over the course of a year might be worth solving some of the 4000 odd unsolved homicides each year and preventing some number more.
Yeah but you also have said some truly shitty things so I don't think I will agree with a lot that you find 'acceptable'.

I guess we can agree to disagree on what the bigger issue is. Remember that a majority of people and a majority of black people want more police, not less (I posted the vox article before but there is a recnt gallup poll you can google if interested.
Here you go again just saying shit without backing it up and expecting others to chase their tails to show you are full of shit or just using cherry picked info.

Pretending like 'stop killing us and find different ways to police our society' is not even close to the big lies that you are parroting what right wing propagndists are trying to get people to believe.

I posted before about lung composition.. Do you really believe all those west affricans are dominating the running sports (and many other athletic sports) because they're opressing the white man and chinese somehow, or maybe they are... Are you fucking stupid?

Sorry, but the just pure racist shit that you spew is really tired.

Do you actually believe this line of bullshit, because if so you are full on swallowing all the stupid shit racists have said that may sound good to people who have no clue enough to know the lies from the cherry picked narratives.

People are already suffering under the defund the cops narrative - see the baltimore effect and all the black owned businesses closed by rioting.
570k deaths due to a raging pandemic that Trump allowed to burn through our nation and all the right wing liars are trying like hell to keep active is why businesses are closed.

Was responding to a 911 call made by two minorities requesting help with a erratic person on drugs (as in floyds case) not not necessary?
You are selling the big lie hard that all you right wing trolls have been working so hard to get to stick. It is as much bullshit now as it has been since you all started it.

9/11 needs to improve, things like using FaceTime and cameras on phones in the area to get a far clearer picture of the scene and using that information to help inform the officers that are responding or choosing a mental health response instead of a armed response is what is needed.

Not killing unarmed people should be the barest of minimum.

I want you to think long and hard about how many accidents (as posted above by you) are acceptable for the number of crimes prevented and solved and try to get past your vision zero unatainable utopia.
What are you even talking about. Everything you listed above is nonsensical trolling that is devoid of reality. You want me to reflect on your far right racist fantasy and whatever bullshit you pretend like anyone is asking for?

I just want to clarify that this in no way makes one person worth more than another, but geez. You guys profess to believe in science and evolution and refuse to believe that being isolated for tens of thousands of years in africa where they chase their game on foot would not have different sepection pressures those in cold mountainous regions is beyond me.
My god man you just can't stop with your gas lighting on the racist bullshit.

There is also villages on the ocean where people are able to stay underwater longer. Or tibet where people supposedly can breath easier in thinner air.

That doesn't mean that they are not just as human and still fall within a 'normal distribution' range that is really insignificant when it comes to doing anything else that any other human can do. The racist shit that spawns off random cherry picked facts are always stupid shit like this. They need people to 'feel' like something is true, that way on the next website they can push the racism just a bit further and further until you are a right wing fucktard storming our nations capital because their 'friend' online radicalized them with all the bullshit lies and trolled them with sock puppet accounts selling hate against 'them'.

Because covid prompts a type1 immune response and type one immune responses are cancer protective?
Well, it's sort of a broad generalizing statement.... For example, cancer evolves out of 6-7 different types or steps in malevolent mutation - 1 of these steps actually make it so that the cancer can escape the immune response - natural killer cells or cytotoxical T-cells then cannot identify the mutated cells and won't attack them.

That is why we are dying from it - otherwise our immune system would simply destroy the cancer. Sometimes that even happens - there ARE believable reports of "wonder healings over night"...

Or there are forms of cancer - bladder or cartilage e.g., where the mutated tissue is so distal from the body that the immune cells cannot even reach these places. Then, it won't make any difference at all...

I do generally agree that it's good to keep the immune system in a challenge from time to time, esp. kids that where raised in all too sterile environment seem to suffer from allergies and constant small sicknesses ("cold") much more often than human which were raised in a more natural habitate.

But Covid isn't just a mild common cold corona virus - this bastard seems to cause a lot of dangerous long-term effects which will reduce your lifespan and QoL much more than any potential gains. With more and more mutations coming along - esp. the change of the outer "hull", the binding sites for our antibodies, seem to change, and then, vaccs or the immune system needs to start anew. Imagine a cross-infection while your running out of life already in a hospital.

We need to completely destroy this virus and obliterate it from the earths face. Then it's off, but believe me, there will be new viruses emerging from time to time. If we do not do this we'll have to constantly muster up resources, time and again, to keep this low. The cost in the long run will be gigantic in comparison of what we have to sacrifice now. But the worst is it's not even clear if we are actually able to even pull this stunt...

Can you explain or elaborate on what changed your mind? I mean sure when all we had was cell video for the last 7 minutes it DID look like a murder, but everything presented in court pushed it the opposite way, eg) floyd saying he can't breathe long before he gets on the ground and even before he was put in the car, floyd saying "i took too many drugs", chauvin calling him an ambulance less than a minute after he went to the ground and less than 15s after he called for his momma. The side footage that clearly shows he's on the shoulderblade/back and not neck.

What trial evidence made it look *more* like a murder than the cherry picked final 7 minutes? Also what part of the trial convinced you of the pre-meditation requirement for a murder charge?
He said he can't breathe and that he was under the influence of opioids - these are known to cause breathing depression, and this problem is exacerbated by locking his arms behind his back.
Floyd also clearly panicked - he was in a state of phobia - and he also told the officer that the interior of the car makes him afraid. You clearly see it in the video.
If u are afraid your pulse etc goes up - all ur body consumes more oxygen, yet all these 4 wankers in uniform did do was making the situation even more worse by laying him in this prone position for almost 10 minutes, when the police instructions clearly state this isn't necessary anymore as Floyd didn't resist anymore. Meth also makes your pulse go up, it changes alot of how your veins and arteries behave, actually the combination of speed & opioids is really shitty - and dangerous - so this should have actually alerted a responsible officer to do be more careful... yet Chaivin treated him like a piece of garbage.

Hell, he did loose his bladder yet Chauvin was still on top of him. He kept killing an already dead man, deranged.

All the bystanders - even kids - could easily tell something's fishy - and these had a much better view of the situation then what all cameras did show. They are the true witnesses - and what did the perpetrators have to say in their defence? used his 5th ammendment right.. not one word of sorry. An emotionless psychopath.

Take young lions, tigers, many ferocious predators fight against each other - increasing their combat skills for later serious hunting. But they do not kill their own, although they easily could, because if one yields - the other stops instantly. It's like a natural instinct, which unfortunately can be corrupted in us humans by racism & psychopathy.

You are technically correct, based on the footage that cop was afraid that the other person was going to be stabbed and fired and killed that girl.

But it is the lack of information that the cop had that led to him taking her life within seconds of getting on the scene.

You do not know that she was on the verge of stabbing that girl based on what I saw in the video. It does look like it, and I have no question that will be what the officer is ultimately going to win any legal issues with this.

But after the time lapse of the cop getting to the scene and the phone call nobody was stabbed/cut that I have read/heard about. That tells me that it would likely be a troubled kid lashing out threatening with the knife, or at least a very big possibility based on my own life experiences. But that is the thing we really don't know. Shooting her immediately defiantly took away any ability for a safe conclusion to whatever was going on there.

I understand though that the police are also in far more dangerous situations regularly than I have ever been in, and that carries over with every interaction with the public. And there needs to be far more safeguards because they need to quit killing people.

One thing is real time intel from phones/cameras that are directed right to whoever is responding so they have the most clear picture to plan a response instead of just tossing a human at the problem with a gun and hoping for the best.
Well, the police responded to an emergency call that multiple attackers did try to stab an older woman, and when that police vehicle arrived u clearly see a fight going on, sporting a knife. U see one person going down, trying to get up while being kicked by the second attacker. At least, that's my impression...
Then the first attacker went after the girl in pink which tried to get away from her, but couldn't, as she had a car behind her back. You then see the knife being raised towards her. The pink girl gets in a defensive position, shielding her torsoe with her arms and also raising her right leg. At this point in time she cannot move away as she is standing only on 1 feet. She cannot even fall behind. All it takes is 1 stab to the chest and she may end up dead.

And the attackers do not even seem to care about the police - they must've heard or seen them, as they were officers to the left, and before she was addressing the girl in pink, she was actually facing the car of the shooter.

Also, u see alot of the ppl of the neighbourhood in alert, so it's not like the 1 girl did bring a knife for picknick. I cannot isolate a single picture of that footage which would portrait this situation as "non-serious".

Perhaps that officer could've given off a warning shot, but u have no guarantee whatsoever it would've worked. With time being sparse, that knife was perhaps 30cm-50cm away from that pink lady.

If you are a actual real person and not just another in the endless line of militarized trolls (foreign and domestic) attacking this and every other website that can be posted on, I would suggest that if this is something you truly believe, what is it that makes you want to post that stupid shit in here?

"No consequences" is a bullshit statement, if the police are trying to detain them, there is actual consequences for fighting back that don't include being killed.

But I guess if you are one of the militarized trolls spreading hate in order to get people all triggered to use the right wing snowflake word of the week:

"Racism"

That would be the whole point of your post.

I could imagine a scenario where the girl was threatening and swiping but that doesn't necessarily mean that girl was trying to actually stab her or if she was caught off guard after fighting back and ended up in a very bad looking position. Things can easily look one way but not be, unfortunately (or fortunately if she was actually going to stab that other girl) we will never know.

I think of this video:

With this video.

The kid slips and it really truly looks like he is jumping at the cop and hiking up his shorts like he is going to try to hit the cop who pulls his gun.

It is worth watching the whole thing to see how out of his mind this guy was.

It starts out he was pulling on his shorts (pool party) and was walking when his friend came up behind him and pushed him a little as the cop was picking on a little girl.
Screen Shot 2021-04-26 at 1.29.31 PM.png

Because they were on a hill, the front kid falls and it looks to the cop like he was about to be attacked.

Screen Shot 2021-04-26 at 1.29.58 PM.png

And then the cop pulls his gun and goes after that kid.Screen Shot 2021-04-26 at 1.30.10 PM.png
If that cop would have been a quicker draw or that kid not instantly running, it is very likely that kid would have been killed right then and there.

problematic seems to be the individual nature of the vacc, as the cancer can mutate into different outward forms. And these individual types of therapy are usually quite costly and cannot be mass produced in advance.

Introduction
Cancer neoantigens are antigens presented on tumor cells which, due to either mutation or modification, are not presented on normal cells. Neoantigens generated by tumor DNA mutations have been shown to play a significant role in mediating the destruction of tumor cells by the adaptive immune system (13). Several groups have used therapeutic vaccines targeting neoantigens to clear tumors in murine models (46). Consequently, many human neoantigen vaccine trials are now under way and several have published promising early results (7, 8). Since very few cancer mutations are recurrent between patients, the identification of neoantigens requires a personalized genomic approach (9). We describe the sequencing protocol and immunogenomic pipeline of PGV-001, a neoantigen vaccine trial at the Mount Sinai Hospital (10).

New T-cell Receptor Raises Hope for Universal Cancer Therapy, Study Says (immuno-oncologynews.com)

Newly Discovered T-cell Receptor May Lead to More ‘Universal’ Cancer Therapy, Study Suggests

A newly discovered receptor in T-cells — immune cells with the ability to kill tumors — makes these cells able to recognize and eliminate several cancer types, without harming healthy cells, through an unconventional immunological mechanism that isn’t fully understood yet, a new study shows.

This finding may pave the way for cell-based immunotherapies that are more universal than those currently in existence.

The study, “Genome-wide CRISPR–Cas9 screening reveals ubiquitous T cell cancer targeting via the monomorphic MHC class I-related protein MR1,” was published in Nature Immunology.

To be able to kill cancer cells, T-cells use a receptor protein called a T cell receptor (TCR), which essentially “looks” at the proteins being produced by a cell. If those proteins are abnormal — for example, if the cell is cancerous or infected with a virus — the T-cell can become activated to kill the abnormal cell.

One more from a better source, research is global these days and we wouldn't have a covid vaccine by now without the internet. Asian countries and others with different values and ethics or desperation by the powerful, could move this research along quicker than the original researchers realize. Not to mention the vast amounts of money that could be made or saved. Double blind studies are not that important in this particular area, controls are abundant and almost always die, it's kinda black and white!

Things might move along faster with this particular therapeutic approach, now that the cat is out of the bag, so to speak. I could see some billionaires massively funding this specific research and fast tracking it. Considering the patient population, their prognosis and eagerness to volunteer, human trials would not be as constrained once animal studies were completed to confirm basic safety and yes they would still do the double blind studies. If they were successful though, ethical rules would require terminating the study early and treating the controls
