Hope everyone's well.
I'll get to the point then explain ..
Can a plant being pot root bound change.
I have what was bought as 1 x lemon haze and 2 x blackberry kush all from seed and one of the BB was left in a small pot due to soil shortage to the point it was quiet pot bound when it was repotted on.
Now these are all in flower but the BB that was pot bound has totally different characteristics to the other BB that was potted on with the Lemon.
Leaves are massive thick fingers and stems are a thick green rather than a woody stem on the other BB.
Never seen this before and had a search couldn't find anything.

Sorry my bad just read from seed.

your next research should be into phenotype and genotype expressions and what that means to seed stock.

Welcome to the Wide World of Pot and Phenotype "expression". This is why folks "Pheno hunt" when popping seeds, unless the breed has been worked and stabilized, you will see different plants from the same breed.

Am I being lazy asking for a good stabilised seed bank.
I would Google it but Google ranks are bought and sold daily so pointless.

Look at some of the oldest breeders for stability in their strains.

trouble is there’s a lot of pollen chuckers out there calling themselves breeders when all they do is cross plant A with plant B and sell the seeds.
