another way?????????????

i read in the FAQ that there is only one way that you can tell if your bud is ready 2 harvest, by the trichomes under a microscope. i was just woinedriing is there a way to get a good idea or even make i microscope as i am skint and cant get my hands on 1? any help would be much apprichited.

Checking the trich's color is the most reliable. There are others. you could take some buds off the plants you want to check, use a quick drying method, I use 15 seconds in the microwave, twice. Chop it up and smoke it. If its the high you want, its harvest time. Not as sceintific as checking trichs, but it is fun. VV
