Just by looking at the leaves it looks like you may have a the beginning of nute lock. If it were me I'd give it a real good flush, let it dry good and check your pH. Keep an eye on the ph and the leaves they should bounce back pretty quickly. Also every plant is different I've had the same strain produce several different sizes but you still want to give them every chance to reach their full potential. Hope that helps

I agree on the re-veg thing. The upper single leaves thing is a major giveaway.
Longest day (summer solstice) is on the 20th of June this year, and then the days will start getting shorter.
It should start flowering some time in August. By then it should be looking much more like a normal plant

what can i do about it ? what does this mean for the plant?
It means that until the days get short enough, your plant will be in veg mode and the plant will end up looking far more normal by the time it does start flowering again (if you are to keep it outdoors). It's not a bad thing. Just you'll have to wait until the days get short enough for it to flower.
I'm guessing its not an auto, because it has gone back into veg mode. Where as an auto would just continue flowering until it's ready to harvest
