Anyone else harvest your plant by parts if the lower buds aren't developed?

Thinking of doing this. im pretty close to harvest. Week 8 of flower.

Yes. My tops usually finish a week or two faster than the lower side branches. I leave Those on until they ripen.

I Don't do indoors . But i do that.. I will seed the bottom branches and leave till they are done..Top 2/3 i take.Leave seeds to get done.Other than that i don't leave any when it done i take it..I am Outdoors grower only..

I don't pluck unripe tomatoes, same goes with Cannabis.

It's definitely an option. When I used to grow Malawi, it was a necessity-those big girls really seemed to ripen in stages and took forever. If you lollipop your branches, you won't have enough larf growing beneath the canopy to make it worthwhile, but if there are a lot of lowers growing, you just have to decide for yourself if there is enough to make it worth it, or if you should just harvest when the tops are perfect and make hash from the larf. If you have another set of plants ready to go into your main tent, then I would just harvest it all and get the new plants going, but if you don't have new plants for the space, then by all means, it's great to harvest in stages.

It depends on if you are out of stash

I think you could get a third plant in there!

I run a scrog now and I’ve been harvesting tops as they ripen.

the last harvest was critical+ and the tops I picked around day 70 of 12/12. The buds under the canopy went to almost 100 days.

each day I went in to check ripeness I took off some leaves lol.

WOW! Can you say jungle? Thinking some defol would do you good… large fans first, then any covering good sites. I have a machete if you need one.

i tried to fit in a small clone in a 1 gallon fabric pot. it died due to the lack of light.
