Anyone else hate the taste of beer?

I've been told it's an acquired taste. I'm 27, been drinking it since I was 18. I would think I should have acquired the taste by this point, but I haven't, I find the taste absolutely revolting. I can only drink a couple regular beers. I can drink lots more of a light beer. Bud light is my favorite because it tastes the least like beer. I drink it in social situations because I often feel obligated to. When I drink at my house, or BYOB, it's always mixed drinks. Rum and coke is my drink of choice for many years now.

Budweiser can make me gag some times, and it really makes me sad cause my Gma says it use to be the best easily bought beer around. But it's the only beer I play quarters with. Obviously because $14 dollars for a 24 pack is excellent. If you want quality beer, try New Belgium's Might Arrow. Excellent Beer. Also their 1554 beer is my favorite beer. Amazing. Expensive though.

I don't drink much but when I do my first choice is Capt n coke.

If it's gotta be beer than Budlight is the only thing I'll drink.

Don't like budweiser, miller, etc but I love the dark microbrews. Commercially available, I'd have to go with Sam Adam's Boston Lager, but you can find many smaller beers, usually locally brewed.

It's not the quality of the beer. I have had good quality beer. It still tastes like beer to me, which I dislike. So I can either drink something that is cheap and tastes like ass, or something expensive and tastes like ass. Or I can drink watered down ass, then I still get the ass into my system without having to taste as much of it. Or I can just do liquor.

Whiskey is my favorite alcohol. But beer is the only type of beverage with that breadth of different flavors. SO MANY!!!!!!!

I can drink beer only sometimes, sometimes it tastes like ass so much i can't drink it quick enough to get drunk, but some nights i can drink it quick enough to get drunk, when that happens beer starts to be tolerable, if im drunk i can drink, but, yeah.

drinkin is easy, but smoking is fun

I like to drink and smoke. Often at the same time. I'm going to go home and pound a quick 3-4 rum and cokes in me before I start smoking though! It's rum, dope, and video game time.

pound a few shots of some potent stuff and it should seem like you just chugged 8 beers and smoked 2 blunts
