Anyone have this problem?

I am almost positive it looks like this because it's the tallest plant and the lights were too close because my other ones are fine and they all get the same treatment.
What do you think?

doubt that... looks like a watering issue to me... either too much or too little...

can't be overwatered.. could be because i don't allow for a lot of runoff when i water though, or nutrient lockout, or other things. Never saw a plant that looked like this before which is why I'm asking. thanks for the help so far
