anyone help please what are these insects

hello there im in need of some help please ive had these insects over 2 weeks but cant seem to rid them ive tried a couple of products and ideas but think i need to know what im dealing with as want to flip these plants but want to make sure ive dealt with the little fu##erz before flowering anyone can u tell from pics what the type of insect is

looks a little bit like thrips

Pics aren't good enought to see . It seems that they have been eating your leaves. I bought this stuff from Wally World by garden tech it's crysathamiums oil just like neems only it cost 7 dollars. It kills on contact. Just remember to give your plant a good washing after the bugs are gone and before you put them back under the light . I burned and m.o.b really bad by not washing it off. She's stunted a bit but no bugs!

Looks like thrips larvae.


SPINOSAD.

MONTERAY garden insect spray.

Conserve NATURALYTE.


Both of these contain SPINOSAD and will eradicate thrips.

thanks for all you're help guys and I'll try get a better quality photo does anyone know at what intervals I should sprey them every 3 days or once a week and I really wanted to flip them into flower but wanted to remove the insects firs. also are no pest strips any good for thrips

every 3 days... at least twice but 3 times is better. no pest strips also work.
