Are rhino fans any good and how loud are they?

Hi guys iv got abit of a issue where I got my grow it was starting to small real bad iv got a 120x60x150cm tent, and had a black orchid 4inch fan, and 2 600w viperspetca leds. So I'm thinking the fan and filter aren't very good can't find any information on them there not very expensive either. So I'm looking at getting a rhino fan and filter combo but can't find any info on how loud they are compared to a rvk which i will get if better. Any help will be hugely appreciated as I can't find any real life info with people using rhino fans

iv got a 5 inch thermostatic that was good, wasn't to loud either and turned down to idle when needed, was expensive and some say get a separate controller but did for me on a 400w hps, so well I thought I could go to 600w, but not quite lol,
rvk has less power so may well be quieter, I now use 6inch rvl l1. I have a rvk a1 5inch in the box brand new I wired it up and could blow harder. but was quiet.
