First ever grow ever and using Ebb n flow oxygen cube reciruclating system

You know I was thinking to myself something like hey self, if plants drink much more in flower than during veg I probably should be flooding my buckets mire often than the 4 hours I have during veg as I'm supposed too keep my medium 90 - 100 percent saturated therefore if they drink more the medium is in fact drying out faster, depending on how I feel I'm flooding every 2.5 - 3 hours with 1400 ppm and keeping a close eye after every feeding just waiting to see the first hint something is overdose, however running 1k ppm c02 and how large my phenos are I'm highly sus I can feed them even higher dose of nutes than I do but being my first grow I'm going to keep it at 1400 which is only 200 ppm above my nutes recommended dose, quick research also shows me I'm not alone when it comes to hydro and coco coir 1400-1500 ppm Is far more common and recommended than I worried it wasnt.

I'd listened to too many people specificly on this forum tell me to feed not at the 1000 I was recommended too and only feed 600 ppm, being new and sus that nute companies just wanted us to use more of their nutes i used "bro science" of seems legit and it's no wonder I was getting the deficiencies and needing to foliar the way I was before flower.

Enough of the bro stuff and back to the science aspect of things, I even called the grow rep from lotus nutrients and shared my photos and was absolutley at minimum told to run that high ppm.

Haters turned to crickets, frost developing & buds fattinging up more daily with 5 weeks left yet, auto and clone department, flower department check check and checkmate.

Currently for the auto's 5x5 I'm using ViparSpectra xs2000 a 240 watt 4x2 coverage light and a backup light as I needed more of a footprint for the back side, withen the next couple days I will be ordering another of the xs2000 as I really like this light and this will add perfect lighting in the 5x5.

Did some manicureing action on tent 1 tomorrow I'll get the others

Been a minute not much has changed besides harvesting the left tent, I did see a few wierd die back looking on random leaf tips and it concerned me being new, made my own decisions and had my own reasons and decided too harvest 1 of the 2 tents a week early but all tricomes are milky so I can't complain highest thc it'll have just very head high, dry weight after hanging 6 days in my tent is 7.5 Oz of dope smoke trigger may been pulled a little early but it's all good expirence and stripes earned.

Inspection of roots looked great so not sure what the leaf stuff is but I'll take it

Meanwhile the right tent ima let go till almost all amber that way I got head buzz and night night stuff for whatever occasion I calls it too be when in Rome.....

Got to admit loving the purple showing on the right plant and how bushy THICK them colas looking on the back one, progressing along the path of learning as I sit here stupid stoned smilin.

I also have ran out of room which is another perk kf calling the left tent a tad early now my 5 clones have a new home and the autos are a .... tiny....bit.... less stuffed, I'd liked a lil more feet Sq but 5x5 for 12 is just gonna have to be the best I get

Almost forgot got 3 Oz of sugar leaf trimmings, been getting stupid stoned off them and will while the buds cure up that should pacify me nicely, dried them on pizza pans in the oven pre heat for 1.5 min then turn off and let sit 20 min rinse repeat once they was dry too my liking "smoke ready" I threw in a zip lock baggie to "cure" burp it by taking half handful of leaves of trim for half the day smoking pleasures then grab the nights worth, been a fun grow and a lot of experience gained lookin forward too getting some children off the GSC and SC and seeing what they are all about.

This is most likely ...... all experience for buying a legit genetics like 1500 dollar plant set there and rotate that in and out of clone veg flower consistently sounds too good too be true sure 1500 is a lot but with genetics like that your cultivating like award winning type plants over and over, all my clones did GREAT btw I decided I didn't have the room too keep them I waited till transplant time took a few pix and tossed em in the great experience chart everything's a plan towards the future to learn scientifically how to grow the best smoke you have ever had, hold the piss gentleman I'm going in the benificals on leaves and learning a thing or two about a thing or two.

Yes sir, I've sadly learned lots since using that, I put together they was trashing my plants I'm sure even in small doses i was using it was probably unknown to me doing the same.

Hopefully it at least did its job and scrubbing the place, again appreciate the warning and advice brother have a good one out there

Seriously tho …. If you have to zoom in on a bud to “ judge “ - they are not ready.

Flowers can be judged by sight alone. Not by loupe.

I'll take it and appreciate it I never sprayed nothing in flower foliar.

It's this wierd looking leaf die back I'm seeing seems to affect branches at a time. I'd appreciate any advice because it's working me hitting 1 of the ones in the other tent, I agree it's smaller but I'll be happy bc I gets me stupid stoned so is what it is half bud bud f's me up lessons learned experiences gained also I'd like to mention I was talked I to a heavy heavy defoliation all fan leaves and after I did that a close Grower helping me along the journey said I hope they recover so it may be smaller "larf" but it's dense and solid buds all milky I'm just saying thankfully it being what it is is still what it is.

P.s I honestly pist all the mistakes and triumps lessons I ain't trying act like nothing other than a rookie learning and I'll toot my own horn half pound solid bud off first harvest ain't a hard pill too swallow if I don't say myself but anyway here's the pictures and what made me pull the trigger in the other tent this front plant in the other tent is now getting it .... could it be because there's no fan leaves and it's causing sugar bud leaves to die back as it matures or what is going on opinions ?
