Are these normal size for three weeks?

I’ve been having problems with slow vegging and think I’ve narrowed it down to a combo of low humidity and waiting too long to transplant.

coir under led, feeding twice daily.

So do these look normal sized for three weeks from sprout? Cherry glue and utopia haze.

one gallon pots.

They’re a little bigger than usual for me so I think moving from solo to 1gal sooner was a big part of it.

Personally go from small solo cups straight to approx 3Gallon (11L)

Yours seem pretty good decent sized a lot can be strain dependant and how high your lighting is.

higher lighting with lower wattage and you get stretch making them appear larger.

Maybe I’ll try skipping the one gallons next time. I usually finish them in 3gal also but all the stuff I read starting out made a big deal about establishing dense root mass so I’ve been doing smaller increments and letting them really fill the pot before moving up.

I also go from starter pots right to 3 gallons. Well the Air Pots I have now are 2.2 gallons but still. I just make sure they have a great root mass in their starter pots before moving them.

I tried starter to 1 gallon and then 3 gallon. Found they so quickly outgrew the 1 gallon step that it wasn't worth the transplant effort.

I've also skipped the Solo to one gallon step. Just right to three gallon if that's where I'm going. If I'm going to five gallon I'll start out in bigger nursery cubes and wait till they're fairly bound up then just rough up the roots a little when they go into the five gallon and they all get some kind of mycos right on the rootball as it goes in with some recharge. Lots of ways to skin the cat but this works good for me.

Alright thanks guys I’m definitely gonna skip the gallon next time.

one of the guides did mention sometimes the one gallon pot would be ready to transplant again in a week.

Just strain and environment dependent. This photo was taken at day 25 for a reference. Depends on DLI, temps, medium and more.

Here's another at day 23. Totally different, same environment. Every plant is unique. You wouldn't think they were only 2 days apart.
