I had about 30 or 40 freebie packs that I had amassed some only containing one seed some containing two or three and oddly enough most of them were amazing. So I think the game is to buy as little as you can and get as many freebies as you can because the only thing you can count on or almost count on is that the freebies are going to be better than what she actually bought I'm sure I'm not telling a lot of you guys anything out there I'm sure you've experienced this for yourself. Considering this is what drew me to this forum I figured I'd start here as my first thread. If anybody can point me in the direction of a reputable website I'd appreciate it. I still think the best way to go to share with like-minded individuals who care more about the joy and love they have for what they're doing then turning a profit on genetics.

just buy from better seedbanks lol. You wont get 17 different freebie strains but its quality over quantity, imo. Are you in the states?

Try JBC seeds, they're a US seed bank that has an excellent track record, and carries some of the best US breeders.

Jbc has a lot of good looking stuff .anything you might recommend.i took a look at their cookies hybrids some pretty ladies.

Really im taking a quess out of mass most likely.they seem to be the most progressive as far as leagalizing is concerned.last I heard they allowed card holders to grow a small number .that was when they where only medical not sure how decriminalization has changed that for the better.awesome thanks

Cannabis is legal in Massachusetts. 6 plants per adult over 21 or up to 12 per household (i.e. 2 or more adults, plants must be kept out of sight from a public way, etc).

That's interesting so it hasn't really changed much since the medical. I'm guessing they haven't laid down the infrastructure and laws regarding seed and clone sales yet and when they do they probably will allow them to be sold. So much bureaucracy. we forget it's not as easy as just saying go. although it should be. Making marijuana illegal while alcohol isn't is utterly ridiculous. One of the funniest things I've ever heard though is a guy who said you know how they say it's a gateway drug so if you smoke marijuana then obviously you're going to go to whatever the next drug May be.he said well I beg to differ. have you ever eaten McD's french fries .I think that french fries are the gateway drug and there's as much proof to say that eating Mickey D's fries is what what's spurned you on and that was actually the Gateway. I would argue that it makes about as much sense .but much funnier.

I've used a number of seed banks over the years ... Attitude is a great source, also DC Seed Exchange, JBC, Seeds Here Now, and several others if you want them. I find that non germinating seeds are more likely the fault of the breeder than the seedbank if it's reputable.
Without any negative intent, you haven't said anything about your grow environment or nutes. Hermies are frequently the result of environmental stress and as a rule won't automatically occur if the plants are "happy" even if there is a genetic tendency in the phenotype.
I'd be curious when you got your gorilla glue seeds and if the breeder (not the seedbank) was ggstrains or some other breeder offering some S1 seeds from in internal breeding program. Who was the breeder for your Bruce Banner ... Dark Horse Genetics or someone else?

Like I said as funny as all year replies are people misunderstood me saying the word dinosaur they thought I meant that I was a dinosaur cuz I was 43 I didn't. I simply men that I was a dinosaur because in this day and age to be 43 and to have never gone on a forum like this involving this material for someone that's been at it for 29 years is probably a little bit odd. Old habits die hard. I was taught you don't talk about it it's not happening. And it served me well. The reason I didn't go into any of that what's although I'm sure there's some things I could learn as there always is I worked in the field for a long time. I was actually a teacher who taught others how to grow for a long time and I don't have any issues with my end result. I've never gone full organic. Meaning bone meal stuff of that nature pre mixing finishing soil. But there's reasons for that it's all in what you are looking up get out of it. I definitely been around it and can vouch for the fact that some of the nicest and results I've ever seen have been done that way and I believe that that is the Holy Grail. I work in both soil and hydro. I'm going to make a point of doing that soon it's about time. I've read DJ shorts breeder book Somas book Jorge Cervantes book in just about any other book that's out there definitely been a passion.

Any of the Dynasty Genetics cookie crosses should do the trick

I actually got my Gorilla Glue seeds I believe it was through Dark Horse Choice seeds 2017 roughly it was right after they finally broke gg4 when they first had them. I got 10 . they were okay .they definitely were not that really pretty looking abstract shaped podular Gorilla Glue that I was looking for granted a lot of that is in the way that you grow it. I understood that gg4 was just a clone .I was definitely not happy with the $200 pack I got. Out of all the crappy stuff I got from them it was probably the best level of garbage. I ordered granddaddy purple and I also ordered Bruce Banner from Dark Horse the Granddaddy Purple obviously wasn't dark horse. The Bruce Banner was complete hermaphrodites I threw them all out the Granddaddy Purple were real but also had a bunch of hermaphrodites in them. That was the number one thing I found with most of these seeds. I couldn't get over how many hermaphrodites were involved. If I'm going to give somebody seeds I'm going to be absolutely sure that they're not going to be hermaphrodites as a rule and if that person pops 10 of them and gets seven females three of those females are keepers if I can't promise that then I wouldn't even offer them. Or I would make it clear that the genetics are all over the place and you're taking a shot in the dark. but certainly if I was selling something for that kind of money I would expect to at least get one plant that was decent. And I'm not saying huge. just a decent example of what I ordered .if I hadn't even gotten one out of 3 10 packs to come out right I think I would have been a happy camper. I used quite a lot of different breeders off of choice at least 30 or 40 of them multiple packs from each one and managed to pull a couple I did get a chem4g from Cali Conn that was nice a couple of granddaddy purple turned out to be okay there was one Gorilla Glue that although I wouldn't exactly call it Gorilla Glue was all right I had gotten a couple of blue dreams that were nice and big and definitely blue dreams but considering I spent somewhere in the area of 3 to 4000 over a year there really wasn't anything there that I would have bought if I knew the end result not a single one. That said I did end up with a few excellent plants that were just Single Seed freebies. I didn't pop any freebies. I just cast them to the side like they were junk but after having no luck for about a year plus I decided to start looking at some of them and almost without fail they were far better quality-wise then what I had bought. I actually got a couple plants that I really loved out of those seeds and that change the way I looked at ordering. I should also point out that a lot of those freebies came from the same breeders I had ordered multiple packs from and for some reason the freebies were good but the Pats were not even if they were all the same exact seed . Maybe I just had a bad experience but it seemed to me that you're ordering to get freebies at least from attitude or Dr chronic. I know other people don't feel that way but that was my experience and what I'm looking for is a place where I can expect to get a better quality of genetics something that's at least worth the money I'm putting out. Or maybe to find a few people that are willing to part with some good genetics. I've always been willing to share the wealth. If I have something good I'm more than happy to share it. I know not everyone feels that way but I think a lot of people do.
