Are you getting the seeds your paying for or just garbage to get a few good freebies hopefully.

I actually got my Gorilla Glue seeds I believe it was through Dark Horse Choice seeds 2017 roughly it was right after they finally broke gg4 when they first had them. I got 10 . they were okay .they definitely were not that really pretty looking abstract shaped podular Gorilla Glue that I was looking for granted a lot of that is in the way that you grow it. I understood that gg4 was just a clone .I was definitely not happy with the $200 pack I got. Out of all the crappy stuff I got from them it was probably the best level of garbage. I ordered granddaddy purple and I also ordered Bruce Banner from Dark Horse the Granddaddy Purple obviously wasn't dark horse. The Bruce Banner was complete hermaphrodites I threw them all out the Granddaddy Purple were real but also had a bunch of hermaphrodites in them. That was the number one thing I found with most of these seeds. I couldn't get over how many hermaphrodites were involved. If I'm going to give somebody seeds I'm going to be absolutely sure that they're not going to be hermaphrodites as a rule and if that person pops 10 of them and gets seven females three of those females are keepers if I can't promise that then I wouldn't even offer them. Or I would make it clear that the genetics are all over the place and you're taking a shot in the dark. but certainly if I was selling something for that kind of money I would expect to at least get one plant that was decent. And I'm not saying huge. just a decent example of what I ordered .if I hadn't even gotten one out of 3 10 packs to come out right I think I would have been a happy camper. I used quite a lot of different breeders off of choice at least 30 or 40 of them multiple packs from each one and managed to pull a couple I did get a chem4g from Cali Conn that was nice a couple of granddaddy purple turned out to be okay there was one Gorilla Glue that although I wouldn't exactly call it Gorilla Glue was all right I had gotten a couple of blue dreams that were nice and big and definitely blue dreams but considering I spent somewhere in the area of 3 to 4000 over a year there really wasn't anything there that I would have bought if I knew the end result not a single one. That said I did end up with a few excellent plants that were just Single Seed freebies. I didn't pop any freebies. I just cast them to the side like they were junk but after having no luck for about a year plus I decided to start looking at some of them and almost without fail they were far better quality-wise then what I had bought. I actually got a couple plants that I really loved out of those seeds and that change the way I looked at ordering. I should also point out that a lot of those freebies came from the same breeders I had ordered multiple packs from and for some reason the freebies were good but the Pats were not even if they were all the same exact seed . Maybe I just had a bad experience but it seemed to me that you're ordering to get freebies at least from attitude or Dr chronic. I know other people don't feel that way but that was my experience and what I'm looking for is a place where I can expect to get a better quality of genetics something that's at least worth the money I'm putting out. Or maybe to find a few people that are willing to part with some good genetics. I've always been willing to share the wealth. If I have something good I'm more than happy to share it. I know not everyone feels that way but I think a lot of people do.
JBC and Great Lakes Genetics are the only two seeds banks you need to even bother looking at. Great breeders , great service , great prices . Also stay away from selfed seeds of clone onlys.

Cheers :)

Looking at JBC seeds that's what I was looking for somebody who's got the newer stuff not just recycled old stuff and if you guys say that it's good I believe you definitely going to try them out I'm just kind of waiting for someone to point me to exactly what's really good from them definitely been looking at the cookies hybrids and that one runtz mix has caught my eye to. I've always liked DJ Short I haven't been able to get good stuff from him I'm hoping that this may be different.

I can only speak for Bodhi from my own experience. He has lots of great crosses and extensively tests his gear before releasing it.

Cheers :)

No worries, I get ya. Been growing well over 10 years myself and don't have the time/money to keep up either.

Good luck on finding some Headbanger man, I definitely been casually keeping my eyes open for packs, but I don't pay enough attention to catch any drops in the past couple years, if there have been any.

I feel you on trying to find a good gassy/fuelly variety. I buy a variety or two every year and usually end up with something citrus instead.

I'm giving a Top Dawg variety a shot this season though (NYC Chem f2), his gear is pretty pricey, so just got the one variety. As people have mentioned, JJNYC seems to be the best bet for finding a legitimate chem/fuel from seed variety. Also grabbed some Garlic Breathe 2.0 and Mule Fuel from Thug Pug, as this might be the last time to try his gear out since he is retiring.

Also been a fan of Bodhi seeds for a while, his varieties have been pretty good to me, and often can find a bogo deal on great lakes genetics or JBC.

The main thing with GLG and JBC is that they don't have a lot of breeders/rarer varieties and you end up having to shop around a bit on places like oregon elite seeds, neptune seeds, gloseedbank, harvest mutual seed bank etc. with payment systems that are a bit more awkward.

Mosca I have heard has some pretty good diesel/chem crosses as well. Have to get around to trying them soon and see.

Dude if your from Mass hit The Seed Source up only thing is no CC just money orders ,Cash or Bit Coin others that have fire Neptune "Not NE area" at most 5 days i have waited unless i Pre Order something which i have a tendency to do lately i work a lot so i don't have all the time in the world to keep checking certain sites and then the Packs i want are gone no thank you .

TerpySeeds also good "Not NE" Limited selection but good prices even some cats on here have fire Bigworm ,Genuity , Shoreline, Useful, some cats even part with cut's for the right price i guess it all depends on what you want if it seed the places i said above are all good others that i hear are good but never dealt with my self so i can not vouch for Horror, TreeStars, JBC, OES, "Although he Hoard's Hot Breeder Packs to Auction off down the line" Great Lakes Genetics , DC seeds, alright i'm done free advertisement is over dudes !

If you're looking for Karma Genetics Headbanger,
"Headbanger is a Sour Diesel OG Kush hybrid, extreme smelly sour lime OG. The Headbanger is Karma’s remake of a Headband-type hybrid. The Sour Diesel IBL mom delivers extremely sour offspring that are less diesel and more sour. The well proven Biker Kush V2.0 male gives it more body and made the bud structure more tight resulting in very impressive yields."

Sorry I just liked and commented on this comment because I was literally gonna make a post asking if anyone know how to use a enter key?

Never order overseas again. The 25 years since medical started has exploded the cannabis genepool.
You got tons of excellent breeders right here in the u.s.

Great lakes genetics, dcseedexchange (your backyard) Neptune and jbc should be your go toos.
All ran by good guys and all have a tremendous menu of breeders.

I feel bad you got that bogus glue. If you cant get the cut get the right seeds. I cant tell you who has them because it is against forum rules for me ha.

Any of the Dynasty Genetics cookie crosses should do the trick
I completely agree with Bosgrower, Dynasty's Platinum Huckleberry Cookies is a great way to go for a GSC cross.
It received a lot of praise on the Potcast episode featuring AK Bean Brains.
Bodhi has some pretty good GSC crosses, too, the one I've heard the most about is More Cowbell.

If your looking at DJ Short's gear, but are concerned about quality, you may want to check out AK Bean Brains instead
He's an Alaskan grower/breeder that has access to a lot of old school genetics and he's built up quite a reputation for himself.
He's got Blueberry, Super Skunk, and NL5Haze crosses galore.
I myself picked up a pack of AKBB's Skunk #1 x Super Skunk and got a free 5 pack of his Blueberry seeds.

Also, JBC always throws in a 5 pack of freebies from Respect Genetics, on top of whatever other freebies your order includes.
I almost forgot to mention, JBC has a discount code for RollItUp members, you can use the promo code RIU10 to get 10% off of your order.

Years ago I ordered from Dr chronic maybe 20 years ago now G13 Haze Northern Lights and I actually got those two and they were good. Flash Forward to 2018 I spent about three grand with choice seeds or Attitude seeds by the time I realized that almost everything I got regardless who they were from meaning Cali Connection Bulldog seeds whatever Distributors they were selling almost without question they were garbage. To be specific from Cali Connection I bought sour diesel 10 packs twice and they were almost all either bad or hermaphrodites. I bought Gorilla Glue and Bruce Banner the Gorilla Glue hermaphroditic eight of the ten the Bruce Banner was so horrible I just cut them down and never tried to grow them again. A lot of times I've seen with new seeds you have to grow him a couple of times to see their full potential but when they're that bad from the start what full potential is there. I've been at it for 30 years just about. And I think it's a shame that there's really not many places to go and get what you actually pay for. If you live in a part of the country where you're lucky enough to have a healthy underground scene or above-ground scene then count yourself lucky. I had about 30 or 40 freebie packs that I had amassed some only containing one seed some containing two or three and oddly enough most of them were amazing. So I think the game is to buy as little as you can and get as many freebies as you can because the only thing you can count on or almost count on is that the freebies are going to be better than what she actually bought I'm sure I'm not telling a lot of you guys anything out there I'm sure you've experienced this for yourself. Considering this is what drew me to this forum I figured I'd start here as my first thread. If anybody can point me in the direction of a reputable website I'd appreciate it. I still think the best way to go to share with like-minded individuals who care more about the joy and love they have for what they're doing then turning a profit on genetics.

According to the ggstrains website, the only authorized distributors for their seeds are
Pure Sativa
Baked Beans
Attitude
Ali Bongo
Seedsman
There's a link on the page http://www.ggstrains.com/seeds/ where you can sign up for email notification when they release seeds
Hope this helps

So given the fact that those are all euro banks I’d assume GG strains approves of white labeling Spanish bullshit. No thanks

I'm going to order from JBC and give them a look . I mean everything you guys have told me and what I've seen over there it looks really good. I was looking at that runtz X Greasemonkey to give that a shot .I just saw some pictures on here of biker Kush so I was going to check out and see if they had any of that or any hybrids of it. maybe go for that and maybe a cookies hybrid. as soon as I do it I'll let you guys know what I ordered. I'll definitely post some pics of how it comes out and thanks again I really appreciate it. I'm kicking myself for not coming on here and talking to you guys earlier. I might as well have been John Travolta the boy in the bubble. for all you younger guys you want to see a funny movie that kind of has a different meaning now search it up. I'm pretty sure it was based on a real kid whose immune system was so compromised he had to live inside of a bubble.

You assume wrong. ggstrains releases a very limited number of seeds which disappear immediately and then are out of stock for months.
On another note, Baked Beans may be sketchy. Their instagram and facebook pages are gone and their phone is disconnected ... kinda scary for a vendor that only takes bitcoin and cash :)

From gg strains website:
“*Authorized seeds are not created or manufactured by GG Strains LLC, these are manufactured through a 3rd part they are created from our official partners and certified genetics.”
