Nice attempt at trying to turn it around on me, but it doesn’t make much sense for a Klansman and Segregationist to be calling other people racists.

Again, African Americans generally and overwhelmingly are pro-Desegregation/Anti-Segregation.

You still haven't explained why you think it's okay to force an unwilling and peacefully disinterested person to serve you, have you ?

Did you ask any black people how they felt about your willingness to force them to serve you, even when they preferred not to ?

Yes, we did as a country in the ‘60s, which is why they were marching for Civil Rights to begin with. You should remember, you were probably in your 30s at least.

like who?

You are implying that you know the thoughts of every black person and that none of them would have a problem with being forced to serve you against their will? You're really Dog the Bounty Hunter aren't you? I knew it.

So that's not really answering my question about why you'd force an unwilling black person to serve you.

I don't think it's very civil to force anybody to serve you against their will. Nor do I think it's very civil to prevent two parties who wish to associate from doing so. Which part do you disagree with ?

No you're either innocent or you're guilty until you're proven guilty then you're locked up
presumption of innocence is an important part of our criminal law system. Basically it means that if you are accused of a crime, you don’t have to prove you are innocent. Instead, it is the job of the prosecutor to prove you are guilty.

Because not being able to legally discriminate based on race is literally anal rape...
Not being able to say "no" to a person(s) trying to FORCIBLY interact with you, when you prefer not to is the common denominator.

Whether I come to your combat veteran house and anally rape you, or force you to make me a sandwich while I lie in your super cool hammock flipping thru nude pictures you've collected of women who look like Larry Bird isn't the point. I don't have a right to do any of that, if we don't mutually agree, do I?

Agree 100% but that doesn't mean you are innocent or guilty
