Asian Shrimp

The Gulf shrimping has rebounded way better than expected due to all the oil. Do you really think Asian shrimp belongs in our nets? Like i said, wait till they get acclimated to the cold water and they move up to Alakska in the next 20 years and decimate the halibut and king crab. Then what? A little late by then.
give them guns teach them to shoot let them defend there water what there is oil then why havent you americans not invaded yet

We get 8/12 count per lb shrimp all the time. And they don't taste like flounder mixed with crab.
Agree with Ring here, I thought you were talking about those tiny Maine shrimp. I live in Maine and when they're in season they can get very inexpensive, and I still don't buy 'em. Pretty much tasteless as far as I'm concerned. Much prefer the medium to large frozen ones, wherever they come from.

Source please I heard ocean wild life was all fucked up In the gulf. Mutated shrimp and. Warning eat no shrimp from the gulf!
Not saying it's perfect there but, much better then expected. They are harvesting seafood again. Though, it's a little tainted with oil. A few more years and it should get better. Look at swordfish, salmon, tuna plenty of mercury in those babies! Yet, we still eat it.
