i use a little Lg box airon on my grow, been on every summer since 2001:weed:

rather than use its own thermostat, i just plug its lead into a separate thermostat controller, so it can come on and off as required. saves a bit of power
Is your LG box a window air con box, rather than a portable ?

I finished all my MSNL fem blue dream seeds and each one delivered some very potent good yield. This is a picture of the last one I grew. I chopped a little early and took a cut in yield but a boost in potency. The high is strong snd very long lasting. One hit in my bong keeps me high 6 plus hours. Lol. And I am a daily hitter. Now that's art! It's not all about the strain. It's how well you know your girl. Nice work!

Hey man, it is getting harder to find seed banks that will deliver to oz. Most have stopped shipping in the last 6 months, if they ever did in the 1st place.

As for ur plant, its hard to say, is it an Indica, Sativa or what.. Get a pic or 2 up n we'l tell u how its looking. :joint:
Sad, ain't it? Good reason to make some beans bro! Keep ur' chin up!

I'll follow this thread, if for no more than to find out how growers deal with intense heat in Oz, though I know growers in Oz are cool people!
High temps ain't no joke and the leccy bill don't like aircon runnin' day and night!

Not everywhere in Australia is hot though. Super far south only gets to about an average of what... 36 during summer. Not like far north where I've dealt with 48C days... Now that's rough. And if that's not bad enough for you and your gardens. Nights drop to almost freezing temps.
Guess it depends on where you grow- indoor outdoor. closer to the equator or further from it....

I wouldn't think that all areas of any country are hot. Most countries have mountainous or coastal areas that offer temperate zones.

There are areas that are really hot and I'm curious to know how growers deal with it, indoors or out because there are varieties that grow well in very hot climes, true, but for indoors not everyone has or is using aircon, so... you know how hot tents can get if the ambient temp is 90f or above.... it's a struggle I guess.
I'll be following along as I can, thanks for your reply. [I still consider 96f very hot even tho Oz offers hotter deals than that! lol]

I guess it depend what kinds of lighting you're using too. The old HPS lights throw out massive amounts of heat, typically requiring the use of an AC. But, with these newer LED setups you can almost get as good as you could with the other setup. Minus most of the heat.
