Beanz's Redemption Grow 2011

I spent almost 1 1/2 hours in the closet yesterday tying down shoot after shoot, branch after branch, until finally, everything that could be tied, was. It was by far the longest time I've spent tying. It's like every time I finished one branch it would reveal 5 more that needed bondage. It got to a point where I had to stop or else I was gonna go ape shit on my own garden. The remote didn't change the channel once after I told it too a hundred times....that remote is no longer with us View attachment 1635682
It was just too hot, not enough light, too tedious, and worst of all, I was outta weed. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooo!
Well I trudged through and finished the job. It didn;t look good still so I ended up trimming off some more excess growth. The screen was over-crowded and leaves were mashing up against each other so I had to cut off some more perfectly good shoots and branches. Wounded (as my English friends would say). All for the best though.
Here they are this morning.

The plants in the hempy and dwc system are doing exceptional! I'm happy with the way thing are so far. I still haven't switched the dwc to better water with nutes in it but I am today. The plants in the hempy bucket are thriving.

I installed the drip feeding system today so I can water all the plants with the same amount of water each and so I don't have to sit there and water each one by hand. It ain't pretty, but it's effective! I had to run it today to check for leaks and stuff even though it wasn't time to water, so I took the opportunity to flush the plants. I threw in a picture of how I vent my closet for the hell of it.

So the Sannie's group is giving me problems. Not so much the indica, mostly the sativas but they're all showing signs of problems.I think it's the lime I added to the soil. Thing is though, the plants in the ScrOG and the nameless outdo were planted in the same soil. I'm gonna transplant them into good soil as soon as I can. In the mean time I'm gonna be looking for help with these. If anyone has an idea to what's up, I'd appreciate the help.

PS the shit on the leaves is dirt. It's been windy here lately and the whole backyard is dirt (desert landscape).

PROBLEM LEAVES.

OK so here is what i think,
The yellow/browning leaves look like a possible Mg issue, I have experienced something similar when using Coco and my fix was just to increase the ppm/EC of my nutes. MY lower growth showed the first symptons followed by purpling leaf stems.

The green leaves with issues.
im not too sure of. If its the same plant you could try a runoff test to check ppm/EC's to see how its feeding. My thinking would be feed slightly higher and see how it reacts. Usually problems with def's happen for 1 of a couple of reasons.
1.pH imbalance
2.overfeeding
3.underfeeding

beans scores some good shit and fucks riu off lolol

just messing m8, hope ya days been good?
yeah pretty much lol
After smoking shite for 2-3 weeks, the chronic (a local strain called 99dogs) was devastating. 2 bong hits put me on my ass for 7 1/2 hours. By the time I woke up, the lights were off in the grow room for the night. Oh well, maybe I'll take pictures before I smoke....but probably not.
hehe

Man they look a little worse for wear today. I really need an emergency transplant, but the hydro store I usually shop at went out of business last week. These plants did not like this soil at all. These plants look like the ones I grew when I first started....
Thanks for the heas up btw. I've tried to test the runoff ppms. It comes out higher than the water I put in and as for the ph...I'm sad to say that it tested at 7.6 pH. That's why I've already decided to transplant them the first chance I get, grow them till they're big enough to take clones, and start over.
Not a fail, just not up to my standards.

I feel you on giving them love. I always call them 'girls' or 'girlies' like 'good morning girls!' lol Plus yeah I give them lots of TLC too. Scrogs totally worth it if your working with 400 watts or less and if you have a small floor space. If you make the scrog v shapes instead of flat, it increases your floor space a lot, but if you do a vertical scrog up the side of the walls then it increases the floor space to however tall the walls are. Plus the yeild boost is nice too lol. It's a great technique for the economical grower or those that are trying to stay within the limits of the law. Anyways thanks for the compliments. I man have messed up with the soil I used, but honestly, this is the last of the ones that got stolen and they aren't even the seeds I ordered. They were the freebies. I just want this to be over.
My herijuans and lady canes are suffering in the back yard. I wish I could move the into some good soil and inside. I guess we'll see what happens.

I thought I'd throw up some pictures of a strain I plan to grow in the future. I'm not sure when but someday soon I promise you that. Thing that scares me a little is that it's a haze and I've never grown one. I've heard their a lot harder to grow, not to mention the possible 4 month flowering time. 12-12 from seeds is pretty much a give-in with this plant. These pics are not mine.
I give you, Mr. Nice Seeds Neville's Haze.

I had my eye on the mango haze for a long time, never fancied the nev cause of flowering time. a friend on riu grew a panama red (no idea where the seeds from) recently well i say he chopped it recently cause it was in 12/12 for 6months!

it would be rude of me to pull the pic from his thread but looked lovely, just 6months flowertime and even then he said it wasnt really ready lol
