BEGINNER - Need Suggestions on grow room

i have two 400 watt ballasts with a cold deluxe bulb, 2 warm deluxe bulbs, and 1 neutral bulb... on the side for lighting i also have the "45 grow panel" (45 LED panel of both red and blue spectrum off the site hydroponics.com then click on "homegrown hydroponics" link and it should show on that page), and two 26watt 2500 lumens each sunblasters also from that store online, i also have the option of using a dehumidifier (if thats how u spell that), an air purifier, and a water filtration system hooked up to a tap. to go along with this i have over 50 random seeds indoor/outdoor highgrades, i have 4 sour diesel seeds, i have 4 autogrower feminised seeds called "Mi5" (off the site dope-seeds.com), i have 10 carmelicious and 10 aussie-blues regular seeds (off the site amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com), and i have 10 B52 seeds (off the site buydutchseeds.com)

please help me to perfect this grow room for optimum yield and quality of these "highgrade" strains ( i will also provide square feet of grow room available soon, but im guessing around regular ceiling height {10 feet?} vs. 4 feet width and 9 feet plus length )

which i have a question about, considering the nutrients chart, which should be visible on the dutchnutrientsformula.com site..... is this too much nutrients in consideration of a marijuana growing aspect? cuz i know a few ppl who purchase this line of nutrients but they only use the grow a&b and the bloom a&b, i purchased all of them as a kit because i wanted optimum availability of growing nutrients and quality of all stages/health

ventilation is the next step, have any fans or blowers?

lol no no, ive added to all of this slowly, ive bin growing with the nuetral bulb for awhile now, then i bot a warm deluxe bulb but havent used it yet n now my friends giving me his other ballast and a cold bulb and another warm bulb. but i did blow money on the seeds haha, couldnt resist the beautiful pictures, not all the seeds are feminized, the only ones are the Mi5 autogrowers. im just looking for suggestions from the "experts" to have everything PERFECT lol.. i want the biggest, stickiest buds, i dont want to waste these sexy strains. i have bin growing one plant i was going to use as a mother to clone (changed my mind cuz i have so many seeds) under the neutral bulb for like 6 months plus now and want to bud it and get it out of the way, then start a sort of "sea of green" cycle cuz i have 11 other little ones started (one being the Mi5 autogrower and also another one being a free sample of snowryder autogrower that came with the Mi5, the rest are random strains) and then i have one big one about 2 months old.. so again, all this is about is i need suggestions on a grow room like mayb a cheap hydro set up or something, timers, cheap co2 set up, the wooorrks

PLEASE REFER TO MY DNF LINE OF NUTRIENTS TO HELP ME OUT ON FEEDING TIMES, apparently all of the nutrients is mixable so that helps aswell
