I could see myself coming over wih cookies, a frisbee, my new kettle ball... but a bomb?

And if you were not specifically talking about me... what FEAR do you have that causes specualtion that anybody WOULD/COULD/SHOULD come to your home with a BOMB?

Sometimes mormons come to my house.. I always chill with them for a few minutes.. I would chill with the guy with the bomb too.. I would treat him just like I treat everybody... iloveyou

One time i was watching this disabled lady.. she was 6 feet tall, 200lbs, strong as an ox, black and loud... it was haloween and she was excited and was running up and down the street BELLOWING DEEP laughter and loud noises of excitement.... the sun was still out...

This man came out of his house with his 2 kids and YELLED

"TAKE THAT FUCKING THING INSIDE BEFORE I CALL THE COPS.. THAT THING IS SCARING THE KIDS"

i of course apologized for any disturbance we had caused...

5 minutes later the guy came out again and said..

"HEY DIPSHIT.. DIDN'T I TELL YOU THAT THAT THING IS SCARING THE KIDS.. NOW TAKE THAT THING INSIDE"

i walked over to his house (2 house from where i was standing)...

i said

"dear sir, i do belive that your kids are far more scared at your behavior and the chances that you could prevoke me from entering your house and smashing your face in, of course I wouldn't do that... but clearly i posses the ability, skill, prowess, and ferocity to perform such an act, so if your main concern is your kids.. i recommend you look at your own behavior..

i agree.. i wish nobody was trained to kill... 2 years old to 105 years old...

I especially don't appreciate the POISON sprayed all over my town to control the PLANTS/Weeds that sprout form sidewalk cracks....

let's say that me and you were friends a while back. yeah, you have some weird quirks like telling everyone you love them and all, but we got along great after you realized i really didn't need a hug every time we met to have lunch and smoke a few bowls.

one day your neighbor (who is your brother) gets some land stolen from him by the government, using "eminent domain" of course, so they can build some fancy steakhouse and increase retail tax revenues so they can later build more public housing.

while you're walking around with your picket sign in front of the fancy steakhouse i go in to have dinner. this infuriates you. you stew in your anger and hate so much that it makes you hate me, you see ME as the REASON your brother is now homeless and eating all of the expensive soy based imitation meat products in your fridge.

i come to talk to you and you send me away, many times. i send many, many people to your house to buy your hand crafted frisbees, freshly baked cookies, and custom kettle balls. i wish we could be friends again but you become more and more offensive every time i try to visit. you threaten me, you throw things at me and begin to tell others you want to kill me.

you come at me with your bomb with a crazed, deranged look while screaming something about the homeland...

the problem is certainly not within me and i see no option so i drop you as you run toward my house.

is this wrong of me?

i would most likely "feel" very sad because someone died by my hand. i would, however, enjoy "peace" as a state of being. the peaceful "feeling" would come immediately following the first glance of my wife and kids safe and sound.

surely you can see that there is a point at which a fellow human can cut his or her self off from the love or respect that they are due from the rest of us; fortunately, they are always welcomed by God and eternity.

at that age the extremists are saturating the child's mind with hate and disregard for life.

i read an article about child warriors somewhere...they had 8 and 9 year olds running around with automatic weapons. the worst part is that the kids were effective and well able to kill by then.

I teach my kids love and compassion.....but what does that do for my child when another approaches him.her in a social surrounding an that other child has differnt morals?

you're welcome. unfortunately for us, everyone doesn't view the world the same way you do. closing your eyes and hoping that reality will line up with what you want when you open them again isn't a real way to deal with the problems we've got in the Middle East right now.

the other day some guy came in the coffe shop while I was on my cell phone.. he came over an started yeling at me... "hey buddy this is not your office, use your phone someplace else!"
I apologized and walked outside. When I was done with the call. I came back and told the guy I was sorry that I disturbed him...

The guy apologized for 10 minutes.. telling me what a jackass he was... he bought me coffee the next 3 times I saw him...

It is so easy to say sorry.. not because I did anything wrong.. but because I my vision is peace... being RIGHT has nothing to do with peace.. NOTHING!! iloveyou

sincerity and kindness have always paid off for me..

There was this guy in college that my friend got into a fight with our freshman year.. for the next four years the vibe was horrible .. the school had 30,000 students and I saw the guy at least once a fooking week.. it was so lame.. I always felt that we could start scrapping if somebody stared at the other guy to long....

in my fourth year.. i finally went up to the guy and said..

Yo BRO.... we are cool.. I apologize for all my friend did... and any drunken dumb shit I said.. The guy Apologized and said he was drunk too..

2 weeks later I ran into the guy at the beach.. we smoked a bowl together... SWEET!

these stories always have a happy ending...

hopefully, when the bomb squad came to detonate you it would settle any lingering questions as to the reasoning behind the solution i provided...

don't twist what i am saying into some kind of support for killing people whenever a problem arises. if it gets down to kill or be killed, yes, you are right - something went wrong - but if that's where you are that's where you are...
