i have white widows m8 an they thrive in this system i have a diy version of undercurrent system 5 x 5 gallon buckets 4 being the plants res/home an 1 being the epic centre that all water returns to then pumped back round system(copy an pasted) mine is exactly the same but round buckets also diy'ed,but yes m8 my widows seem to love this system my jack herer in this system was not as vibrant was slow going an got the slime which was a bitch an eventually killed the jacks but no seriously widows are doing it for me absolutly healthy no deffs anywhere absolutly pure white healthy root system perfect an widows in this system will gvie you 4 o easy a lady,i have not tried so many strains yet but these are my findings with it,one thing i will tell you though is if this is your first rdwc i would get some preventive measure in place an choose whether or not your going live res or dead res,i run dead res i use DM ZONE as the preventive measure it helps the root system stay healthy an maximise its potential i use DM SILICA to help strengthen the girls an i use them with AN sensi grow a+b in grow an AN sensi bloom a+b in flower you use the zone an silica all the way through,if you are going dead res route make sure no matter what do not add any organic or live microbes to res it can cause problems thats why i say use straight chemical nutes or go the live route an get a healthy population of healthy microbes in your root system only thing is you cannot use things like h2o2 dm zone etc as they will kill off any living microbes you have hope this info helps abit, too anyone reading if i am wrong on any bit please feel free to correct me,one more thing sorry phear if you already new most of it i just presumed you were new to starting out

hey nothingtodeclare thanks for the info. not new to growing at all been doing coco for a while

ive setup a recirculating aeroponic system for a mate and it works wonders so all im doing is the same thing that he has but deep water instead and alot of bubbles which we are changing his setup next run to deep water and bubbles too. so i cant see it being much different.

we have run the ice and k2 and both like the water only thing is the ice takes 12+ weeks to finish and the k2 takes 9-10 weeks to finish so i was looking for something that is going to yeild like ice but quicker growing.

ide be very dissapointed with only an o per plant lol in the aero setup we have been getting 3/4 of a pound per plant running 6 plants in 2 50lt tubs with a 40lt res, will be running a 3rd tub and spreading them out 2 in each next time so hoping for 1-1.5lb per plant! this is all with putting just rooted clones into the system and vegging for only 3 weeks then turning them strait away.
the only nutes we have been using is dm advanced grow - flower, bloom roots at the start then au60, potash in flower and some liquid lead near the end so no pgr's or anything fancy but its working for us so hoping to increase numbers next run!https://www.rollitup.org/members/nothingtodeclare-174822.html

also don't mind buying seeds if someone can suggest something that is going to yield better!

My advice is to go to Attitude seed bank online and look at some of their strains and finishing times. I'm growing some Burmese Kush ( Buku Kush ) its supposed to finish in 56 days or something like that.
