blackstar or pro grow led's?

see i was skeptical like you but i like to keep an open mind towards things and not be bias or knock it before i have try or experienced it. the reason for the green light is i think the article said something bout trying to mimic true sunlight or something like that just not to sure the exact words. anyways the green light on the pro grow isnt like really green its more like a lime green and the whites looks like it has more blue in it then white

I dont have any complaints so far from my 240w Blackstar, I am actually thinking about buying a second, but now I am going to research that 260 before I make any hasty decisions.

There are a few good brand out there that have multiple documented grows so dont just limit yourself to these lights. Check out GrowLEDHydro.com, IMO they are the best i have found and many others feel the same.
 
Very ture but for the price tag? I think not..lol its all about what your looking for.. the guy who sell's the pg's is very legit.. I asked about the 260 and he recomended that I down size to the 180w for what I'm looking for.. he didn't even try to up sale me.. now that's the shit!

no problem bro, and like i said before i bought i did some research and imo the PG is best bang for your buck. they use all 3w leds not like blackstar which uses 2w and 3w. also you dont have to buy 2 separate units for veg and flower, thats what really sold me on the PG's the veg and flower mode all in 1 unit
 
I just bought two 600w blackstars and I'm praying they produce because I wanna get two more...but they weren't cheap

The price of the ones that i posted are only about 70 dollars for almost equal wattage (the ones i posted have more watts). The 260 only pull 170w and 180 is 130w. Im not trying to be a dick or anything just want to educate people so they can make the best decision for themselves and grow some dank buds lol.
 
its cool bro.. but thank's for the look out.. it's just 200 more buck's for 50 more watt's isn't cutting it.. hell i could almost buy 2 of these for the price of 1 of those lol
 
that's how i feel.. i can get get more watt's for a cheaper price by getting 2.. plus buld degree really matter's.. well for me it does.. i'm only using 2x2 area ..the guy who sell's these was telling me all bout it in a email..plus their full 3w.. not a mix of 2 and 3w.. sold!
 
Ah yes the wattage, that and footprint size is what ultimately led me to buy two of the 180 pro grows vs one of the 260s. While I'm sure either will work well, two 180s seemed like the best bet for my dollar given I only grow 4 plants at a time (5 being a felony in my state). I grow autos and keep them all at different stages so I typically have a new plant ready every month and a half or so. This set up allows me to move them around more focusing one on the taller more mature plants and the other on the babies. I would say that both lights are an excellent purchase, although the 260 has way more flowering leds than the 180 in the end two 180s is what met the needs of my particular garden.
