Happy Easter Sunday! Hope the mythical rabbit was good to y’all!
I'm starting to think we are the side piece, it's the 21st century, things are flexible. This is the first zombie day in decades I've been up this early, for no logical reason either. Probably since the last time my mom woke me up to tell me that a chicken molested a rabbit and the shamed rabbit hid the offspring all over the house for my sibling to find, so I had better get up and be pleasant.

Cement patching is done, cured, and sanded flush with the floor. No more ants crawling in through the walls and floor cracks. Engineer checked, nothing structural just PITA house settling. Fingers crossed I don't have to rip out any more of my house stopping them from coming in. While I was picking out the wood to rebuild my house yesterday, the old dude at the lumber yard gave my wife some sage like advice as she complained about the ants and 40 years of house settling. "Well young lady back when we sprayed with DDT every month ants weren't a problem." My wife turned pale and the kid at the register replied, "Dude, just no! We do things different now."

Oh well on to building stairs this morning, so OSHA doesn't come and shut down my residence. I don't think step down chair and sign I put up that says, "no stairs, don't fall" is impactful enough.

I believe we have a winner. It's almost 5 AM Easter Sunday and my husband woke me up to ask me to roll him a Chicken Dinner Joint. I considered pointing vaguely south and telling him he could go speak to the culprit who created them. I'm sure his joint rolling skills are better than mine. This is all @BobBitchen 's fault!

I'm getting up, sigh... Luckily my mother is not here to tell me to put on my game face.

My wife has never rolled a joint. So I'm the designated joint roller in the house. She's a one hit, once a month, maybe smoker. I just sat up at 5:15 am and was like, I'm up. After washing my face and brushing my teeth, I rolled 2 joints. Smoking the second now.

Mornin.

Ah......"holidays". I hope ya have a great one of you celebrate such things. Without getting too deep I'll just say we're heathens/pagans and simply >don't.< :fire: And with the pre-diabetes thing looming above...a basket of candy wouldn't do me good... nope. I did go off on a Chocolove Sea Salt and Almonds 55% bar yesterday a bit though...heehee. >>>SPIKE<<<

Gonna be another decent day though weatherwise...then hopefully...a whoppin' 1/4" of rain tommorrow with snow on the hills. Can't/won't wish it away. Hit the wildflower garden yesterday with the weed whacker and raked up all of the old stalks/stems up to the point there's still some snow in the shade. Still a bit to do once things melt out. It was only 35F last night and 65F yesterday so it's retreating very quickly. Looks like some decent weather after that for a bit so we'll drop into some chores that we really need to do...like painting the garden shed and getting started on the shooting range I'm gonna build up against the mountainside. Heehee... Bang, bang, shoot, shoot...

Had a nice backchannel chat about music/etc. with @RetiredToker76 (thanks again for the insight) so I'm gonna start boring you all with some of the off-the-charts/one-man-band/obscure/pent up/bedroom studio/spent all my money making this disc nobody bought kinda musical fare I've found over the years that I woulda missed had I not searched/went looking for it. I'm guessing some folks here...like out hostess with the mostess will possibly roll the eyes and think "caveman" cus most of what I truly enjoy has a link to the past/60's/70's 80's in some way, shape or form.... but they aren't making (as) much of this stuff these days so I'm kinda just hangin and waiting for someone to find the Rickenbackers again...

This is one guy in his bedroom with his tape machine and so much influence from his heroes he just can't contain it. If you like this tune/feel...there's an entire disc he did in '98 called "A little More Haven Hamilton, Please" that just drips with Wilson/Rundgren/etc. influence and blows my mind everytime I plug in in the player. Hard to pick a tune....the entire disc for my ears is simply incredible... but I'm old...jaded...and stuck as a kid in the 60's staying up too late listening to the transistor radio under my pillow late at night hoping the parents won't catch me...

Good beep, meep. Chopping down my stretchy half mutant black apple today, so I don't have to do it tomorrow. Already gotta bring Whiskey to the vet on my birthday. Poor guy seems to have a UTI, but he's in good spirits.
Stretchiest plant I ever had was Tangi I think it was TGA Subcool, but I honestly can't remember I think it was my 2016-17 strain, I was s till running my 450hps though, so it was not enough light for the strain. Plant ended up wrapping around the light hood and there was no more up I could go. Bud nodes were almost 4-8" between each other. It was a plant that absolutely needed at least a 600+W HPS.

Sucked though because while I couldn't make it a producer in my system, the hash was excellent.

It was my first very obvious mutant as a newish grower, the original mother was. So I am playing with it for the fun of it. It also did that shit. It literally killed itself and another plant by wrapping around it too much for me to untangle, then it collapsed, dragging them both down and snapping their main stems. This half mutant version doesn't do it all the way. But look how silly it is, even halfway there, lol.

Yep, that's very similar to what my Tangie did back in the day.
