Blaze & Daze

Been going out every day this week on a rip, gorgeous weather.

I've been happier than usual lately, not sure why but I'm not one to look a gift horse in the butt. Is that how that saying goes?
Guessing neurotransmitters at play - endorphins getting released due to physical activity.

I'm not a doctor, but I'll take a look! Or something like that.

Been going out every day this week on a rip, gorgeous weather.

My mental health is significantly better when I can escape the inertia of being a caffeinated potato.

When I was single, post divorcee, during covid, was the happiest I have been.
Every day I would walk at least 3 miles with my dog around a vacant college campus. Usually had company on the weekends. Was not eating myself to death.

I know it does me wonders, yet I create all these hurdles until the weather does it for me.
I know that it will work itself into a routine that works, if i stop fighting it lol. Need to take my own advice again.

Hope everyone is easing into a relaxing evening.

Garden update. Everything is going along swimmingly. Newest system, plants have been in here for 2 weeks. The ladies were growing through the top trellis, so I broke the tops and bent them over last night. I'm sure we all enjoy bending over our ladies. They look great today, very perky -

This system has been going for 5 weeks, 4 to go -

This system is being harvested next Thursday. The ladies are healthy and the buds are nice, but some of the leaves get crispy toward the end. Not sure why, maybe I need to cut back on the nutes late, maybe the lights are a little too close, or maybe it is just strain dependent because not all of the strains do this -

Some bud shots -

Lemon Mints, so tasty and potent -

Average room temp is about 86f, humidity stays between 40%-60% depending on the outdoor weather. I've had to add more Ecofix bacteria more often as my rez temps get into the high 80s because of the increased room temps for LEDs. I'll continue to dial in, chasing perfection. So far, so good. Dried buds shots and smoke reports coming soon...

Roz decided I did not need to sleep in this morning. Quarter pot drank and smoked in a leisurely pace this morning.
Torn between the jitter of the caffeine, and the sedation of the flower and hash, and occupying pleasant middle ground.

I was looking forward to taking her and the GF to a farmer's market, but it looks like rain might deter our plans.

Yesterday was day 60 of flower in my 4by4, everything is finishing up. will probably go dark next thursday, and chop a week from today.

The GF is going to restrict my trimming to the garage. She found the just wonderful smell of terps a bit overwhelming after my first grow.
Hodgepodge I say. It will be late June. I want air conditioning lol.

Hoping the Sacred Capybara will nudge me in a direction today, as I am feeling inert.
I have not been given enough time on this planet to feel burdened by time.
I shall not waste any more of which is precious and valuable.
I sell my time at such a loss to support my physical self, i shall not use what little time I keep for myself to bury my soul.

Anywho, may you bask in the literal and abstract sunshine.

Meep.

^^
Strong smells sometimes really get me, make my stomach turn or give me a headache. I can empathize a bit with the partners who get overwhelmed on trim day. On a hot high humidity day trimming I have worn my respirator to stop from getting woozy. Doesn't help with the heat though. But who cools their grow space just to trim? O.o

A weekend beep from me to you,
I hope you meepers kick back with a brew!

Right exactly I love the smell but at the end was getting loud, lol even for me with this one. Bobs Chernobyl was something, just a sweet candy lime smell, had my boss smell a nug who doesn't smoke and said wow citrusy.

I LOVE that lime smell. I'm down to my last ounce of uncrossed slymer and the smell is so distinct even a year after growing it. It carried through in cross, but I would say it faded to sharp citrus, not quite lime. It's just special, schromba, another lime forward strain I love has an entirely different lime thing going, sort of like the rind not the juice.

Anywhoo, is it obvious I like citrus? Probably would be if you saw me irl. I am sprinkling lime/lemon and salt on half of the foods I eat, lol
