Bridgelux EB Gen 2 Heatsinking

I created this led light strip build, and I was wondering if heatsinking would be sufficient. Also, I found this very cheap driver on Digikey and am wondering why it isn't suggested more often?
Build Specs:
8x BXEB-L0560Z-35E2000-C-B3

4x PLED96W-069-C1400-D-HV
8x Heatsink USA 1x25in
Various other necessities...etc.
These drivers have a constant current rated at 1400ma, these strips are rated at 1400ma max, which I heard they can actually go up to around 2000ma or something. For each driver, I would wire 2 strips in series with a forward voltage of 41 volts for 1400ma according to the Bridgelux datasheet. I know since I would be running these at high wattage, more heatsinking would be necessary. I don't think these 1in strips would provide enough passive cooling, if so, what would another recommendation be? Also, is there something wrong with these drivers, why are they so cheap?

Those 1" heatsink USA profiles(which are awesome) are plenty capable, for passive cooling BXEB Gen2 560mm, at 1400ma. You would not even need those, even .125" aluminum u chanel will keep them cool. Not even a question.

I have hundreds of BXEB strips. Yes, 1050ma is fine, bare naked. Been doing it for years.
Personally, I am resistant to using any driver other than Meanwell.
The old adage about tools, and equipment....Buy cheap, buy twice....
