bronze color on fan leaf

hi guys,
this baby in flowering for 8 weeks,
I lost the 2 lowest fan leaves about 10 days ago, the affected one is the next oldest fan leaf.
the color is kind of bronze, sorry for blurry pic, this is the best I can right now.
I was feeding her with 3-4-5, but the last feeding was just 13-14 pk
other than this, seems healthy,

What do you think it might be?

I added dolomite lime, before using the soil. However, maybe I gave too much K this time.
Im prepearing epsom salt sol. right now,
