Brown leaves with black dots

Hey everybody, question about a few of my leaves disentegrating - they have basically been turning brown with black dots, and also, quarter inch catipillars on the leaves as well - I blow them off, but they do have a tendency to return. Without pictures, are these spider mites? Also, it's starting to flower, and I don't really want to spray a lot of stuff on them - in the GrowFAQ it has a recipe for a deterrant, but is this effective in my stage? If not, are there alternatives? Thank you for the responses!

It's not at the bottom, more towards the middle - and I have not seen these - can I find them at Lowe's, or a garden shop?

Dude I think I'm having a similar issue with one of mine. Two of the main leaves are still really green, but are developing a weird yellow-brown patch on them with tiny black. Insect free for me though so I'm not sure wtf it's from. Started before I transplanted it, which kind of shocked it a little but now it looks like it's recovering but those brownish patches are getting bigger...wtf?

Haha, I believe I did - I guess inchworms would be a more accurate description? I'm no entomologist, but one of my leaves has about 8 quarter inch worms that are "sea green" in color. Other then that I don't know what the hell they are. :blsmoke:
